Nothing only the weather

I would like to thank the whole team from Elysion especialy Stavroule and Angela at the reception who gave me an upgrade twice. Also the bar/kitchen team are super with chef cock Paris who should be working for a Michelin star restaurant (in Paris ;) and Nikolaos behind the bar and who also does the serving was a real 5 star person with a great personalaty who really made time for the customers. Thank you all for the great week and see you again this summer !!!!

Location is close the airport and not convenient to walk Mytilene center. However there are good bars and restaurants close to hotel The beach and sea across the hotel are not convenient to swim There would be more variety at the restaurant for dinner.

The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast has a really good variety and everything was delicious. The room was quite big, nicely decorated and clean. Towel service was really nice

The only thing was needed cloth hanging in the balcony. Everything was super.

Rooms with sea view, breakfast particularly pastries and mastress were excellent . Lifeguard was very kind and good at her job. Pools for kids was good. The athmoshepe was relaxing. We left the hotel with content feelings.

If it was a 4-star hotel, I could've excused some of these issues, but inevitably I have to compare it to other 5 star hotels I've stayed at and as a result, there were a few niggles. First off, despite confirming my arrival time twice, my room wasn't ready and had to wait for it. Worse, the AC at reception was switched off and with 38c outside the perspiration and discomfort was significant. Yet, when we checked out, we had to leave the room at 12pm latest with no leeway. Once I got to my room, the safe was left open with a locked door, which resulted in a visit from a member of staff and a delay for me. One night we were at the bar and asked for three bottles of Perrier water. When they brought them, one of them was already opened and a third of t water was missing! We asked for a replacement and twenty minutes later we were given a warm bottle, which we politely declined to accept. Then we asked for a slice of lemon for the drinks, only to be told that there weren't any. As I said not earth shattering issues but you pay for 5 star service, you expect none of these issues. Despite all that, I would recommend the hotel as the overall experience was a lot more positive than negative.

Location, size of the room, breakfast, polite staff, clean, nice pool, quiet. The hotel appears to be new and very well maintained. The staff are very attentive and look after your will. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and it's easy to travel from there around the island. It's literally 350 metres from the airport.

I expect the hotel has a bigger swimming pool, it can be crowded throughout the day.

Our hotel room was really comfortable. The technical guy solved the Wi-Fi issue in the room very quickly. The breakfast buffet was very generous reflecting different verities of local breakfast culture.

We stayed in Elysion Hotel as two families. We had one 7-year-old child with us. We liked the hotel very much and I highly recommend it. The children had a lot of fun in the pool. The design of the rooms was very successful. Rooms were very clean. All items served at breakfast were very good. It was delicious and beautiful. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. It is a hotel where you can comfortably stay alone or with your family. We got what we paid for.

Very close to the Mytilene city. The staff is very friendly and flexible to the customer’s requests. Modern building’s structure with many functional facilities and a high architectural design. Parking is included with easy access to the elevator. Breakfast contains many options of selective Lesvos’ traditional products.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. The parking is a bit chaotic and people should not park across the entrance which makes it difficult to enter hotel. There is plenty of additional parking in the one way approach service road which would only involve a very short walk

A really lovely hotel which is very well run by nice friendly people. We had a luxury double room facing the sea which was extremely comfortable. We ate both evenings in the hotel with good service from Socratos. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Would definitely come here again. We were provided with a breakfast box to take to the airport for our early check in.

Presentation, decoration and lay out of the breakfast area. For example, juices where not fresh and not in appropriate containers, buffet plates had plastic covers. In general it was not a 5 star Hotel breakfast
