The entire layout was great. It created a lot of privacy and it’s the perfect spot for a quiet getaway. With the town at a 7mins walk (steep downhill) or with a transfer, it’s easy to find a more lively environment as well when desired. Staff was very helpful and all amenities were great. We used the Spa and Tennis court. Breakfast is also definitely a highlight; lots of choice and the location is just stunning again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were given a room with direct access to a pool shared by 4 room which was lovely. The breakfasts were amazing with everything from yoghurt and fruit to homemade savoury pastries to beautiful cakes, eggs several ways, freshly squeezed juice, bacon sausage and served on the balcony with view of the ocean. Access to the sea from the rocks just below the pool was spectacular and sunsets to die for. We ate at the pool restaurant several times and enjoyed it each time. The beautiful beach of Emplisi is an easy short walk and was one of our favourites of the holiday. The shuttle bus to Fiskardo goes regularly and makes evenings in the town easy although the walk is also pleasant. Morning yoga was excellent and although we didn't use the tennis and squash court looked well maintained.

The staff were super helpful (I don’t eat meat and one of the kind ladies at breakfast always set aside some veggie options for me), friendly and really welcoming to our small dog. We’ve booked to return in July!

Superb nature resort with beautiful rooms, pools and dining area ! The staff were super kind and attentive to the needs of my family even if they don’t all speak English. We had a perfect stay and would strongly recommend the hotel and personally I would come back many times.

It was the most gorgeous place to stay, tranquil and with lots of options of things to do. Couldn’t recommend it more. Our massage was great, breakfast was fab!

This was a beautiful oasis in the north of the island, perfectly located near Fiskardo, a lovely port to wander around. Swimming off the white rocks then having a drink overlooking the nearby islands was a great experience.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent location. We had the best time at Emelisse Nature Resort. On arrival, the staff were very friendly and showed us around. We stayed in an executive suite with a sea view which was perfect for us. The hotel has a fantastic swimming pool overlooking the sea, a bar and restaurant next to the pool which is excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening which is well priced, the food delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. There is an hourly shuttle mini-bus going to and from Fiskardo which is a pretty seaside town with great nightlife. The breakfast is fantastic - there is something for everyone. We had the most amazing time and would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The bed / pillows were a bit uncomfortable & the food at the restaurant wasn’t great for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was good though, with beautiful balcony views.

Our room was spacious & had a fabulous sea view! The pool area was amazing with incredible views out to sea. Lovely staff, easily accessible car park on site. Short walk down to “Emplisi” which is one of the nicest beaches in the area with crystal blue water.

Small Glass of wine was €12 at the pool bar which seemed really steep compared to other really nice restaurants in the harbour where a glass of house wine was €4 /€5. As a result we didn’t really order much by the pool and avoided the restaurant as didn’t want to be ripped off. Also Got a strange hard sell about going on a speedboat tour organised by the hotel for the extortionate sum of €200 pp, which felt a little bit like the hotel was trying to make squeeze us for money.

Excellent breakfast and perfect location a few minutes walk from beautiful fiskardo harbour , best part of the island. Lovely pools not overcrowded. Lovely room and comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff

The pool could have been heated.The price of the wines was way too high.No house wine was offered.This is the first hotel we have stayed at where it was not possible to order an acceptable priced wine

The breakfast was lovely.The shuttle bus was invaluable into Fiscardo.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.The air con in the bedroom was very efficient.The nearby beach was very attractive and easy to get to.The buggies around the hotel were very helpful especially getting from the car park to the hotel

The housekeeping staff live in the centre of the resort and are often outside the rooms smoking and chatting and their laundry could be seen drying from our room. They could be provided with a space of their own.

The location, facilities and views are all exceptional. There is a quiet pool area if wanted and easy access to the sea for a swim in the clear blue waters. The staff are cheerful and professional. Food in the restaurant isxexcellent.

The only downside is that it’s about 1.5 hours drive from Kefalonia airport via lots of winding roads. But it’s definitely worth it!

The pool area is absolutely perfect - the pictures don’t even do it justice! And the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s a five minute walk from a beautiful fishing town with lots of restaurants and you can hire boats there for the day.

The location was stunning with amazing views from all areas of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety and it changed on a daily basis. The pool area was very relaxing with comfortable sunbeams, excellent service from the restaurant, and stunning views from the pool. The room was very nice with a lovely view from the balcony and the bathroom was a good size with a great shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely stay again.

Honestly, everything. The rooms were lovely and spacious. Towels and dressing gowns a great size. Good spacious bathroom and shower. Clean and well presented Swimming pools and facilities were great. Staff were really attentive, kind, funny and made you feel as if nothing was a bother. They really made things personal to us. Property had a lovely feel and look to it. Felt intimate and classy. Loved it so much after a staying there with my partner i'm now heading back with my mother!

We have just stayed 6 nights and we had a sensational time! The Emelisse Nature Resort is top class. The staff are all excellent and very helpful in any way you need. Especially booking drivers, restaurants and providing information about shuttle service and things to do in surrounding areas. The facilities from the spacious rooms to pool areas are exceptional! Also I had a 90 minute treatment at the Day Spa and it was the best I have ever had! And finally we went on a day speed boat tour and it was excellent, going to private islands and beaches only accessible by boat. Thank you all, we will be back Suzy and Tim
