There is not much privacy in general in all the hotel installations. Our room was not as expected and was different as the one shown in the pictures when we selected it. Really really small, on one side of the bed, you could not even walk through normally. Our balcony was in front of the bar, so you did not have privacy at all. The pool water was super cold, they were always empty, impossible to enter and relax. The beach overthere is not that nice as in other locations .

The staff is really helpful and friendly. Really good service and quiet accomodation, however you will definitely need a car to get there.

The room could have been cleaned better. The enclosed shower leaked water into the bathroom. The breakfast choreography could have been better explained by restaurant staff, who were the least friendly in the hotel. The beach is amazing, but the beach experience was terrible, because once again, the restaurant staff here was the worst. I found the one server hiding in the back room, sitting down, looking through TikTok videos while guests wandered around looking for help. She let used glasses and trash build up while we were there.

Rooms were large, and the private pool with an ocean view was amazing. Buffet meals were also excellent. Large selection of food, including Cretan dishes. All were delicious. Front-desk staff and porters were extremely friendly and helpful. The tunnel to the beach allowed for safe crossing of the highway, and the beach "palapas" and chairs were fantastic.

We had a small issue with the Hotel Spa, which is managed by a 3rd Party partner. I booked 2 massages for my fiance and myself and they was a pretty poor breakdown in communication. It took me nearly a month to get a refund and I had to chase them at every stage. The hotel manager made promises that he simply wasnt in a position to make, which created further confusion and frustration. Overall, not reason enough not to come back, but it was very frustrating at the time.

Everyhting about this boutique hotel was exactly what we were looking for for some Autumn sunshine and to really disconnect and relax. The pool areas are fantastic, the pool bar staff were great as we the cocktails and snack. I recommend order all of the Sushi. A special mention for Giannis who looked after us every morning at Breakfast. He was excellent, and a big reason why i we were to return to Crete we would stay at this hotel.

Loud music from the bar until midnight, road was noisy. The location is not the best.

Big room with fantastic sea view, love shower and decoration in the bathroom. Staff was very nice. Food was great, breakfasts and dinners were really good. Beach had very comfortable seating.

Roasted meats at dinner were dried out under the heat lamp. Other meats /fish in sauces were good, but I don't always want a sauce.

Rooms were very nice and very clean. Staff was excellent! Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Dinner had many options. Salad and desserts were excellent. Excellent labeling of food (I.e. gluten, nuts, vegetarian...) Sunbeds at beach were comfortable and service at beach was very good with many food and drink options. A very nice, modern property!

It's a 1.30h drive from Heraklion. Renting a car is cheaper than taking a taxi and the drive has very nice views. Swim up pool water was a bit cold in September.

The hotel has exceeded my expectations! The staff is super friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. Great location with direct access to the beach. Swim up rooms have a wonderful sea view. Food is very good with large variety.
