The mattress is a bit firm for our taste. It would've been nice to have a coffee machine. Overall great experience.

The host was very polite and he answered our questions. A bottle of wine and candies were left in the room as a welcome gift. The place is very clean, with a large terrace, private parking and close to the beach. We will definitely come back again if we have the chance. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, you are near the beach, supermarket around the corner and a fine bakery for a delicious breakfast / pastry as desert. The room is cleaned every 2 days, fresh towels too. Air conditioner, comfortable bed and a relaxing atmosphere overall. Add free private parking and good wireless connection and the value is incredible.

Very nice place, will definetly recommend it. The building is in a more quiet area, it's not on the busy streets which are closer to the sea, so there is no noise from cars & people walking in the evening. Eolica also has private parking which has been very much appreciated (the streets in Sarti are very crowded and seems difficult to find a parking space). The host was very friendly (and knows english) the building and the rooms look like new, the air conditioning works wonders (have had previous disappointments in this respect), the bathroom is clean, the shower works perfectly (no leakeage - have had previous disappointments here also 😂) . I think we've found the best hotel in Sarti :) it has definitely made our vacation better. On a more general note, i think Sarti is one of the best cities to stay in Sithonia. You can easily visit the entire branch from here (which we've done). The most beautiful beaches are near Sarti.

We are very happy with this place and will definitely recommend it. The room was cleaned every 2 days and the sheets and towels were changed. The place is perfectly situated nearby the beach and there is also a bakery just a few meters away where they offer delicious food and ice cream. We are very impressed by the host, as he was really friendly- he gave us the best recommendations and he was always ready to help. We really liked our stay and will visit again.

Great accommodation that is very close to the beach and the center, but at the same time located on a quiet street! The rooms are clean and well equipped and the balcony is quite spacious. Guests can also take advantage of the free private parking that the place offers. The host is friendly and very helpful and he made our stay really pleasant. I strongly recommend this accommodation and will surely come back again. If you are heading to Sarti - this is definitely your place!

The room was great for a couple. It was very clean. The staff changed towels and cleaned the room every two days. The beach is very close, 100m from the apartment. The bakery and markets are also near. You have everything you need for a great holiday! :)

From the very moment we arrived, the hosts were super-welcoming and tried to make sure we get the best stay possible. The room was super-clean and spacious, and we loved the balcony too, as it was just right to have a relaxing evening in, being in a quiet part of the city. The old Sarty city was a short walk away, and so was the new part of Sarti where we enjoyed the beach more. There is a shop and a bakery a pebble throw away, and you can really enjoy your stay here, whether by car or on foot. The furniture and tech stuff in the room were modern and you wouldn't need to compromise anything. Great value for money!

Very clean, modern and cozy. The host was very friendly and helpful. Our room had some sea view. Nice and big balcony. The room was spacious enough. When we arrived, we found a complimentary wine and some sweets from the host in our room. The property has it’s own parking, which is a big plus!

Since the balcony is big, the table could have been a bit bigger as it's hard to take a breakfast on it. It's just enough to have a coffee or just a drink. Very tiny bathroom especially compared to the size of the room and with bad ventilation.

It was all great, clean spacy with private parking big enough for the guests. Quiet area close to the city center but away from the noise. Comfortable beds with not that comfortable pillows but that can be easily corrected. The balcony is big and despite there is no sea view it's still nice and quiet for relaxing.

Even though the room is newly renovated it is all done at the lowest costs. A strange smell coming under the sink. The bathroom is very small. There were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room under the entrance door, as there was a space between the door and the floor.

The location is very gòod, close to restaurants and beach. There is a pastry and a supermarket close. The bed was comfortable. Private parking available. The room was cleaned every 2 days. You are welcomed with a bottle of wine and sweets.
