Loved everything: big clean room, spacious bathroom, perfect textiles, mat for our dog (and even a personal towel) are there. Delicious cuisine in the restaurant and creative presentation. Perfectly delicious breakfast in a stylish hall under the sounds of birds singing. We visited SPA - everything was also perfect: professional massage; great hammam and sauna. Quiet, beautiful, stylish... The territory of the hotel is ideal: large, well-kept, lots of greenery and flowers... Coasive pool and fountain. The staff is great: polite, with a smile… By the way, a bottle of red wine was waiting for us in the room as a gift - very nice! Thanks to the hotel management! It feels like everyone is in their place there. Professionals. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

everything! from the moment we arrived, the good smell at the luxuriate lobby, the design, the welcoming staff, the room size and beautiful balcony watching over the detailed gardens, the breakfast was amazing and the spa is one of the best I have visited (in the world!) if I’ll visit Ioaninna again this will definitely be my choice!

Nice hotel, several kilometers from the center of busy Ioannina, not far away from the mountains. Amiable staff, nice clean rooms, reasonably good breakfast.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and always very accommodating. Food at the restaurant was superb and all facilities including the spa were excellent. Not far from Ioannina and with easy access to Landmarks of the area.

our room was large and comfortable because we received an upgrade. The pool is very large and we enjoyed hanging by the pool. Breakfast was excellent. The spa and gym were a disappointment. We enjoyed our stay because we had a car and drove into Ioannina every night for the sites, shopping and restaurants.

The spa is extra charge. The hotel as a whole needs some renovation. There are almost no lights around the parking area behind the hotel and during the night you have to use a flashlight.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The bed was very big and comfortable. The staff was very polite. Goof value for the money.

The second day of our stay, the crepes vanished very quickly during our breakfast.

The staff was perfect and very kind. All buffets (breakfast & dinner) was plenty of food and very tasty. Our room was perfect and very spacious.

The lack of a porter made it difficult to find the back of the hotel when trying to unload the car, which we had to do ourselves, which was not made harder with a baby.

The pool area is pleasant and good for children. The restaurant serves good food and the staff are very friendly throughout the hotel. The room was nice and comfortable, but not the most spacious.

The parking situation is a bit confusing and could be better sign-posted.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and professional. Many thanks to them for the lovely greeting and their efficiency both at check in and check out. The breakfast buffet was quite expansive ... only it was a bit tricky to get some coffee. For those travelling by car, the location at two highway interchanges (just outside the city of Ioannina) is very convenient.

Probably overly picky but I would never rate 5* a hotel whose name has faded out of all the carpets. Instant first impression. Also some damage on the roof on the sides of the building.

Breakfast was great and so was the room only downside is the location is literally in the middle of the highway but thankfully it was quiet
