The hotel staff upgraded our stay to a business suite stay due to the fact that the hotel was fully booked,which was a super polite surprise. Excellent breakfast and service. Very polite and accommodating.

Squeaky floorboards almost everywhere we walked in the bedroom section. Very annyoing. But everything else was great.

Clean spacious room, staff friendly, good food options, good parking. Everything worked as expected, eg tv, wifi, air con (heating was great - we were there in winter) etc

One of the waiters in the dining room was a bit rude when we asked him to clean a specific table for us to sit, other than that all was well!

It is a good choice for people that like the large Hotel-resort feeling. Not if you like accommodations that feel more personal.

Very clean room. There was even a complementary bottle of wine and desserts upon arrival. Most of the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. It seems like they have put a lot of attention to the detail which was appreciated.

Just like last time when we stayed at this beautiful hotel, we felt slightly disappointed with the breakfast choices. Epirus is an area known for its goat and sheep dairy products, milk, yogurt, cheese… However, all dairy was cow’s and not quite organic or local. In general, the breakfast had low quality protein sources. For example, smoked trout would have been great since this fish is traditional in this area. Perhaps anchovies or similar small fish to get the ancient Greek feel. There were too many carbs, cake, pastry, sugary spreads and beans. Eggs tasted overcooked. But, a great selection of teas was a pleasant surprise. Staff again were very kind and helpful.

The staff were brilliant, especially when we asked for help with our cats. Our business suite was beautiful and fully equipped with everything one can need for a full luxury experience. The espresso machine was a nice touch, the large bathtub felt great after a long trip in a car. The bed and pillows were dreamy. We ordered room service and were treated to a real gourmet meal. During the checkout we were surprised with two certificates of stay for our bellowed cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛ We would be happy to return and stay here again!

Nothing. Everything is excellent and as it should be.

This hotel fully deserves a big round 10!! The only hotel in Greece with a brand new modern dog park!!! They are pet friendly and they mean it - simply amazing. The rest of the hotel is great too - nice room, beautiful restaurant and delicious breakfast with many local products of Greece and Epirus. Customer service is excellent - a true 5star hotel. The spa is beautiful and the massage therapist is well trained and very efficient. We have stayed twice already and will definitely be back when in Ioannina. Always a pleasure to come back and thank you for the hospitality and great service!

- quite slow wifi. Not ideal for business - breakfast has variety but not high quality - no fresh orange juice (not acceptable for 5*) - tables are far away from the buffet. - you need to go back and for to the table 3-4 times. e.g even for a glass of water you need to go and take it. Waiters don't help on that.

Poor coffee options in the room, cleaning services were not good and certainly not appropriate for a 5-star hotel. The floor and sheets had fluffs and the bathroom was not cleaned up properly. Bathroom needs renovation.

Overall a very nice hotel. 3 things that are needed a. There are no draws in the room thus making difficult to handle clothes b. The breakfast although big in variety, needs to improve in taste and quality c. More staff in the reception at certain high pressure hours
