The fridge is a small cooler and does not produce ice. During the day is turned off as the power is off in the room. Overnight it does not generate very much coldness.

It was comfortable place. There was an air conditioner, which was needed in the super hot days. It is between 2 beaches - Thalata and the Kalamitsi beach. 12 min walk to each beach

We had warm welcoming and the people are so friendly. The room was very clean, nice sea view, comfortable from my perspective, wi-fi, TV (in case you need). There is also free parking in the courtyard.

The air conditioner didnt work during the night. Couldn't sleep a couple of nights. If you opened the dor to cool down the mosquitoes came in.

In certain periods, usually in the afternoon, the water pressure was weak and we didn’t have a hot water, but for a short periods of time.

We liked the size of the room, and the terrace. Also, the receptionist was very helpful and approachable.

The shower is small and without curtain. It’s a bit complicated to manage without flooding half the bathroom. And the rooms with sea views also overlook the road that passes in front of the hotel. So they are a bit noisy leaving the window open. Fortunately, there is air conditioning.

The hotel is really located near the beach, 5 minutes walk. It is perfectly maintained and the whole team is very friendly and helpull. It’s a real family hotel where you feel good. The sizes of the rooms are very correct and well equipped. The small balcony with sea (ans Athos mount) view is very nice. Kalamitsi is a really charming place to stay for a few days with family or friends. The whole area is splendid and worth a visit. Note, however, if you do not have a vehicle, you will be limited in your trips (only 3 buses a day, and no pharmacy or ATM).

The fridge is kind of too small and older not enough space to put things and no freezer section for ice. Also the shower is open and tight space.

noise from the street during the night

Everything was great, just few recommendations: -mosquito net on the terrace door is a must since it is impossible to sleep with the air conditioner as it blows directly in the bed and there were mosquitos coming in when the door was open . - repair of the sockets is needed, only 1 socket free for use, and there was no socket in the bathroom - over door hooks for clothes in the bathroom are necessary

A lot of noise from vehicles, very noisy main roads. Isolation is very bad, everything can be heard from neighboring apartments. Especially bad if you are on the first floor and there is another floor above you. You get a free wake-up call just pray they aren't early risers. Above me, I had a very rude family from Romania with a small child, and they woke me up every morning at 6:30. Terrible...Be sure to secure the upper floor.

Good location in relation to the surrounding beaches. Parking provided.
