Fantastic location, beautiful apartment. The perfect stay.

Not related to the apartment: the building has an elevator, but it might have some issues as we got trapped for some minutes in between floors. The issue resolved itself after pressing the buttons of the elevator, but left us wondering about the building maintenance.

The apartment is really well equipped and looked like new. It has everything you need for your stay plus some extra amenities that are provided, such as bath products, coffee, water, etc. The location is perfect as it is close to Syntagma metro station. Also, you can find stores, restaurants, bars and everything you need right there around the building. The historical and touristic locations not far from the building (i.e., the Acropolis is approx. 25 minutes away walking distance). The staff reached out in preparation to the check in date via message and the process was really smooth. Also, they replied to any of our questions quickly.

There was nothing I found lacking, or did not like.

It was perfect for us. Everything was as advertised, pictures are real, and give a good inpression on the accomodation. The bad was really comfortable. The soundproofing is also great, dispite the central location, the place was quite. I can recommend this accomodation for anyone. It was a great experience.

Fabulous location on a pedestrianised shopping street in the centre of Athens. Within walking distance of Syntagma Square and many other landmarks and parks, and 20 minutes walk from the Akropolis. Numerous restaurants and coffee places within a few minutes walk. The apartment was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.. We were met by a very friendly member of staff to hand over the keys and explain the facilities. All email queries were answered promptly. The airport transfers were professional and on time. All in all, an extremely pleasant stay, and we would certainly stay there again!

The only thing, a minor one, I would like to know where I can throw away the rubbish, if it's recycled etc. - we were staying for the whole week, so the trash accumulated.

The localisation was perfect for the stay - everything (metro station, restaurants, shops, bakeries, bus stops, etc.) was 5-10 minutes away. Even though it's located in the centre, on one of the busiest streets in Athens, it was pretty quiet. The room had everything we needed - even a hair straightener! The views from the balcony were amazing and if the sun was too much, you could use electric retractable roof! There was enough of everything for the whole stay (even the toilet paper, trash bags) which is not very common for the apartments. The apartment was newly renovated, and the design was very pleasant. We've asked for an extra duvet, and we've received it in like 2 minutes. Would definitely come again!

We were met at the property by a very helpful member of the team. He eagerly welcomed us and explained the facilities at the property. I felt very at ease and communicated well. The property was exactly as described and the location was amazing - within 5 minute walk to two train stations which both connect to the airport. There is one bedroom, living room and bathroom. Both living room and bedroom has independent air conditioning units which was extremely comfortable at night. Both had TV and complimentary Netflix which was a lovely treat. There was a bottle of welcome wine / slippers / travel kit / bathroom supplies which was brilliant. The team were quick with communication on WhatsApp which was great! Honestly could not recommend enough - the balcony was very cute and lovely to have a laugh on. Plenty of space to hang up clothes - plugs close to the bed and sofa.

The amenities weren't enough for the three night stay that i had (it was actually enough only for one night). Also there was no bath mat in the bathroom. Few deficiencies but its completely understandable for a new listing.

I appreciate very much the welcome gift, a bottle of wine! The location is just the best in the city center.
