The pool was very cold. The air conditioning wasn't very effective.

Our room had a private balcony with a wonderful view of both the sea and Massakti Beach. The common areas were inviting and comfortable.. The breakfast was also very good.

Breakfast selection could perhaps have included a few more items, such as fresh fruit salad to go with the lovely yogurt. But maybe we got there too late and missed it; the hotel was very busy!

The hotel is in a wonderful location, with fabulous views over the sea, and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Our room (a triple) was large enough that we weren't tripping over each other, and the bathroom was good. Unfortunately, we didn't have a sea view, which would have been fabulous given the amazing location, but we did have a small patio to sit out on, which was nice! Lovely swimming pool. All-in-all a very nice hotel to stay in, and I would definitely stay there again if I revisited Ikaria.

I can’t think of a thing!

The hotel was beautifully clean and decorated. It was walking distance to everything. The staff were amazing. Nothing but smiles. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs and go out of their way to make our vacation pleasurable! Sophia and Stephania are wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. We loved the language lessons with Sophia! The housekeeping staff were extremely hard working and skilled. I looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. A wide variety of options. This experience, coupled with the beauty of the island, and the kindness of the Ikarians , have us already planning to return!!

Initially booked a garden view suite. Upgraded as the suite was very close to the road and next to an open hallway for the other rooms.

Stunning location. Gorgeous balcony view out to sea and to a large sandy beach a short swim or short walk away. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Armenistis offers many restaurants, including "Mary Mary" which I give 5 stars. Gorgeous salt water pool with lounge chairs.

absolutely nothing!

I am a very frequent traveler (38 countries and counting!). I NEVER go back to the same place twice. However, this is the THIRD year in a row I've taken my family to this hotel. An absolute gem. Phenomenal location, super clean, awesome breakfast and friendly/helpful staff. Do NOT hesitate to book a stay here!

I only wish we could spend a second week.

To all the staff at Erofili, Thank you for making our first visit to Ikaria so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is managed and professional on every level. The team work and hard work was evident in ever corner of the property. We were consistently addressed and welcomed in every space. The hotel lobby was welcoming. Thank you all. Till next time. There was no lift access. The island has mostly winding roads and not easy access to get from one side to the other. However, taxis were available if contacted through your hotel and were more than happy to take you wherever you needed to go. The taxis were also happy to come and pick you up and take you back to the hotel. There is no public transport.

Everything was very good. Room was a little small but very comfortable with a great view from the private balcony. Breakfast was a hot/cold buffet with coffees made to order. All the staff were very pleasant and very helpful and made you feel special. Excellent salt water pool with sun-beds and umbrellas. Also a very pleasant surprise was that there are steps from the pool area down to a private sea area with a ladder to get in and out of the water and swim. People on the island are very laid-back, and nothing seemed to fuss them and they always had a smile on their faces. Watching the sunset from Anna’s Fish Tavern, in Nas, was a highlight and something you can’t miss. There are also great eateries and the recommendations from the hotel staff were perfect.

Breakfast was perfect. Would order the fresh squeezed orange juice. Cappecino did not have to be purchased but available upon request.

Nothing, everything was great!

Breakfast was great, close to walk to nice tavernas, staff was excellent and helpfull. Loved that you could choose to swim in the ocean or the pool with the small path down to the ocean.
