I loved everything and have no complaints! George was a wonderful host!

I liked everything about this apartment! I wish I could have stayed longer! I gave it a good for location for folks who have difficulty walking it’s a tiny bit of a walk to main port area …it was perfect for me!

The hotel is a bit outdated, but the rooms are a good size and the value for money is great.

The location is great, just off the main areas, but perfect for riding a bike to anywhere in the town. Quite a few restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need just nearby, but without all the tourists around all the time. George was a wonderful host and very helpful and all the staff was friendly.

A ha! Whilst the beach the other side of the marina was more sand than shingle the sun beds are crammed for maximum money. Thankfully we were there coming to the end of season so not all the beds were taken. But space between beds was tight. Taxis. Not enough taxis available. You could be waiting a long time in town and end up walking home.

George and Jolene were so kind and welcoming. The apartments have guidelines for quiet times out of respect for other patrons. The rooms were cleaned daily. There was enough activity locally bakeries/supermarkets/restaurants/bars and a 5000 step walk (ha!) into the main town for the busier life if you preferred. The main marina in town offered a range of tourist boats offering excursions. There is a beach very local to the apartment which is shingley so beach shoes would be a good choice and it is quiet and clean. We went to another beach the other side of the marina. The sunbeds are free but you have to order from their restaurant. Drinks were not frighteningly expensive. A vodka and lemon was €8 including a bowl of crisps which was a surprise. Perhaps it's the end of the season? Bottled water €1.50 in an iced champagne bucket. All in all, a very happy 5 day stay. Would we have stayed longer? Absolutely. We hope to return next year. Our stay at Esperides was fantastic in every respect The hotel facilities are brilliant with a large pool with plenty of umbrellas and sun lounges The staff are very friendly and helpful - George is the perfect host ! The rooms are large and well equipped - and they are spotlessly clean. In fact the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms serviced daily The hotel is in a great location - fantastic restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, the beach is 300 metres away and it is a 5 minute walk into town. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe If we could have given Esperides 11/10 we would have !!!

The swimming pool does not open until 1030am. There are rooms near the pool so understand that it has to be a later start, but 10 am seems reasonable. It's nice to have time for a quick swim before going out.

The hotel is 10 mins from the town centre. It is really quiet at night when you want to sleep as it is in a residential area. Therefore, you can have the best of both worlds..busy,bustling Kos with its bars,tavernas, and cocktail bars followed by a peaceful tranquil hotel. George is lovely, very welcoming. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The cleaners clean and tidy your room every day, which is a real treat. Makes it feel like a real holiday from all things domestic. The room has blackout shutters, which is great to rest in the morning. Air conditioning keeps it comfortable for the daytime if you are back at the hotel.Would thoroughly recommend Esperides. It is not a luxury hotel but is comfortable, homely, welcoming, and a place you want to visit again.

Esperides was exactly what we needed for a few days stay. Comfortable and clean. Could have easily spent a week there. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Would definitely return.

The shower in the bathroom is way too small. The wifi was disconnecting very often.

George the boss was very kind. The room was clean, it had everything we needed. Location is ok, a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre and the beach.

Super hotel ,nice and bright room,sparkling clean in good location,the owner is an excellent host friendly and helpful and other staff the same.We felt very welcome and well I high recommend it and if we back to Kos in future we will stay again in Esperides.

Pool was shaded in the afternoon but for most it’s something positive considering the scorching afternoon sun.

I like that the property is in a quiet residential area, still close to the living city centre. Staff was really friendly and helpful. A very welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment was clean and lovely, with the added bonus of a pool and a scenic mountain view from the balcony. We were pleasantly surprised to find all the necessary kitchen amenities, allowing us to prepare our own breakfast. Moreover, the convenience of a nearby supermarket made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for backpackers, families, and anyone who wants to experience a homely atmosphere during their stay.

I had to come home, to a wet and cloudy England

George and the staff were fabulous, probably the best ever, including the cleaner, who cleaned every day... supermarket around the corner, hyper market around the other corner. great restaurants near by, pool was great to throw yourself in after a hot day doing nothing, superb place, we all loved in,

Well there is not. Could figure in some free snacks but that is not a necessary.

Room was big enough and had natural light. A balcony with table and chairs a plus. Bathroom was good size with hot and cold water. Air conditioning was in great condition. Host George was friendly and helpful. Pool in the back was a bonus.

Beds were a bit soft. Need to bring your own shampoo. Would have been nice to have a washing machine in the building.

I’ve stayed 3 days and everything was all good. Room was very clean and big, also has a balcony. And cooking stuff was clean. Owner Yorgos was so kind and friendly. I will prefer this hotel again
