Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SpainThe hotel is a smaller resort right on the beach. The building is quite new, rooms have amazing sea view, with really comfortable beds. The all inclusive program is nice. Having a lot of options and long duration with service. The hotel is generally focused on adult travleres, couples and seniors. Not so much on kids, which was suitable for us but it could be also the time we were visiting in September. There is also an ala carte greek restaurant available to use. The staff of the hotel was really nice and friendly.

UkraineThe seaside was great but it was rocky. Keep it in mind if you are planning to built sand castles. :) We had limited sea view from the room. Minibar was not filled at all (only first time). To acquire water you needed to go to the bar/restaurant. The only way to get bottled water is to buy it. Alcohol was not very strong - but it was absolutely delicious.
Food was superb - wide offering for anyone. Staff was very nice and helpful. Sea was clean and seaside was pretty good. Animation was also perfect.

SwitzerlandLack of cleaning control in the beach tables and in the sand; 2nd Restaurant didn't have the possibility to choose which plates we wanted, so lots of food wasted; no refill on the mini fridge
Incredibly nice staff (special shout-out to Marina and the bartenders in the casino bar); the beach is really good to relax; lots of variety in the buffet

SlovakiaThere isn't anything particularly interesting to see in the close proximity to the hotel but Rhodes town is short bus or taxi ride away (bus stop is right in front of the hotel and runs every 20 minutes).
The restaurant had a wide selection of food and everything was very tasty. Comfortable clean rooms and nice outdoor facilities. Three outdoor pools, evening entertainment and nice beach with good facilities (sun beds, umbrellas, showers). Very pleasant environment.

United KingdomA second bathroom, as sharing 1 bathroom between 2 adults and 2 teenagers required some logistics! Beach is stony - but that's a feature of many European beaches, so take jelly shoes (or similar) as it's hard on the feet. Can't really fault anything else for the price, as food, drink and facilities were excellent.
Food was all superb - a massive amount of variety, constantly being refreshed, and all amazing quality. We went all inclusive, and the selection of drinks was more than enough - with very little not included. We also never had an issue getting a table for the 4 of us either in the restaurant to in the bar in the evening. The hotel location was fine for us, but it is a little out of the way, and you'll need a bus to Faliraki, and a taxi to Rhodes Old Town / Lindos. That said, there is a fantastic water park across the road and 500m up a hill.... The room was clean and had more than enough space - the best thing being a divider door to separate the kids' space from the adults. We also had a side balcony, so had a view of the sea, and there was enough room for 4 chairs on it. There were loads of activities during the day in the hotel for those feeling energetic, ranging from Yoga to volleyball to pool aerobics. The hotel is also linked to the one next door, and they share 2 pools and a lazy river, so there is loads of choice on which to use, and where you want a sun lounger. All in all, a great hotel, and we'll be going back!

IrelandThere was entertainment every night from 9-11pm, except Sundays. A DJ from 11pm onwards would have rounded the night offf nicely. My advice would be to avoid the Kafenion Greek restaurant! There wasn't an iron in the room.
We booked a family room, which had two adjoining rooms with an interconnecting door. There was a double bed in one room, and two full size single beds in the other room. This was ideal for us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). All of the hotels staff are so friendly and helpful. A great selection of food at lunch and dinner. The beach is private, with only local hotel residents. The hotel is directly across from the islands main waterpark. The bus stop for Rhodes town is right outside the hotel. Buses every 20 minutes.

IsraelThe weather was very hot and the air-conditioning in my room was not able to keep up. I slept badly throughout my stay because of the heat. The pool bar did not accept credit cards, and I had to follow the cashier to the dining room so they could bill me there before I could have my beer. It was a small discomfort, but annoying nonetheless.
The hotel is beautiful and you have everything you need on the premises. There is an entertainment program throughout the day and live shows in the evenings. The spa was very welcoming, the pool was fantastic, especially the lazy river. The hotel also has a private beach with a lifeguard, which was fantastic. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Overall, it was a good and relaxing stay.

NetherlandsDuring this time of the year (end of April - beginning of May), the hotel just opened and not all the restaurants and facilities were open, but that was not a problem for us.

AustriaEven if you get two pillows, they are filled with some plastic and it’s horrible for slipping; shower water with low pressure; not to close to city center or other restaurants and the offer for lunch is limited in the hotel if you want to spend the day at the hotel’s beach and pools and the same for dinner where I wouldn’t recommend to stay in the hotel
Staff ok; clean; good breakfast; nice view from the last floors balcony; nice rooms. Very good offer with things to do: nice wide beach, three pools, motor boat and jet ski for rent without driving license required, very close to the hotel you can rent motorcycles (fast all models from HD and BMW) and cars (including older 911 and other nice convertibles and SUVs)

SloveniaThe water park was closed and the pools aren't heated which is an issue during Autumn school break. Breakfast was good, except the serving staff had to be asked over and over to prepare the table, there was always something missing.
Nice hotel, nice beach, good food, clean spacious rooms with a nice view, friendly staff. Great experience! There was 6 of us in 3 rooms, they made sure the rooms were on the same floor and close to each other. We didn't take all inclusive as we're not drinkers and we made a couple of trips to town so we ate there. Great access with the bus, the stop is right in front of the hotel, buses are frequent and it only takes about 15 mins to get to the bus station in Rhodes town. Everyone was wearing masks, there's disinfectant with a thermometer at every door. Impressed! A big thanks to Stavros and the kitchen staff for sorting out a nice cake for my boy's birthday! :)
