How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Perfect location - close to the old town, restaurants and promenade. Our host, Alex, was very professional, friendly and helpful. The design of the room was tasteful and modern. The room was very clean and spacious; bed - very large and comfortable. Strong 10!

Hotel is located heart of the Rhodes. Old town is 10-15 minutes walking. The rooms have very large size and an amazing Interior design. The comfort of the bed and sofa was top. The balcony is offering great time as well if you want to drink your coffee or wine. We enjoyed a luxury accommodation at a reasonable price. I thank the owner Alex for this visionary hotel.

Our suit was wonderful. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the huge TV with Netflix made it possible to have cinema evenings. Alex, the owner, is a really nice young man, who treats the guest with drinks and lots of snacks. Moreover, he let us check out really really late, since this time of the year is not that busy. Thank You, Alex.

Honestly everything was great! What is there to complain about when there really isn't anything to complain about :)
A beautiful hotel in a central area with everything at your fingertips! Clean, comfortable & a place I called home for 2 weeks :) Owner was very informative and readily available to help with anything. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the great memories :)

Beautiful room with the surprise addition of all the high tech gadgets. It was really well laid out for 3 friends. Location is perfect, no noisy bars nearby and close to everything (beach, restaurants, old town, bus station etc)

The room was perfect, it looked exactly like in the pictures of it. Me and my friends that shared the room were extremely pleased with everything during our stay. The owner, Alex, was a great host along with being very helpful overall. He went above and beyond by helping me resolve a personal issue outside of the hotel.

It was an excellent room, modern, always clean, well equipped, very close to center, the old town and to the beach. Many shops and restaurants were also around. Alex the owner, among best Hosts, very friendly, helpfull, discreet and flexible . Rosa also was always taking care of exceptional clean and tidy all. Many thanks to both. I hope to come again next year !!!

Everything was perfect!
The property was at a perfect location, 7 minute walk tot he beach and to the reach bars and restaurants! Near all the stores and pharmacies!

Everything was absolutely fantastic!!!! This was the first time I ever gave a property a perfect score of 10. Alex, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure a truly welcoming experience. His kindness and politeness created an incredibly warm atmosphere. The attention to detail was remarkable, with a generous array of complimentary treats such as snacks, coffee, water, fruits, juices, and even a bottle of exquisite local wine. The room was spotless, impeccably clean, and tastefully arranged, guaranteeing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is great. I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay here again for my next trip.

The room is gorgeous! I wish we could stay here longer than four nights. Great location - city center close to the beach, bus station, the old city and many restaurants and shops. Alex is a very friendly and helpful host. Special thanks for snacks and drinks and beach towels :)

The light sensor in the bathroom was a little bit finicky. This is only minor as everything else was great!
Alex was a fantastic host and was always on hand to assist. The room is modern, super clean and huge! A generous bedroom, lounge area, balcony and great size bathroom. There were great snacks provided and the amenities were fantastic. Nice touches with the beach towels. Great location, very central to the old town, as well as the port. We would happily stay there again!

Alexander the host was very friendly, available and flexible. The size of the room is something hard to find in the center of Rhodes. The bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities were very generous.
