I'd have liked a scale in my room but the hotel abounds in top notch amenities.

This is a newly constructed hotel so everything is very modern and spick-and-span. As advertised, everything is white. Breakfast buffet is generous. Spa reasonably priced. Universally positive interactions with the staff.

Claims to be a smart hotel so everything is run by apps on a tablet, unfortunately when that doesn’t work it’s not so smart. Didn’t like additional charges that were not mentioned or advertised such as room taxes, room service charge, room cleaner charge…..stops you giving tips. The a la carte menu (and ergo room service) food choices were terrible - definitely not representative of competing menus at top hotels. Limited parking which is a nightmare if you’re in a car and need access. Not enough hooks, rails or hanging areas to air wet swimwear, towels and gowns after jacuzzis…

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was an issue and they were very content to engage in conversation. Breakfast choices were amazing, so much and the fruit smoothie juices were fabulous. The spa was amazing and is a must use, massages brilliant. Beds extremely comfortable and private jacuzzi is awesome.

Disappointed in a few technology issues (elevator key card and fireplace controls) and the breakfast. The breakfast seemed like it would’ve been decent to very good, but they didn’t refill anything so getting downstairs at 9 AM when breakfast ends at 10:30 AM everything was already gone for the day. Still 8/10 even with issues.

New hotel that is very clean, very friendly staff, great spa, and very heavy on modern tecnology. Center if town so easy to walk everywhere from there. The wet room / Spa was fantastic - maybe best I’ve seen.

The room I was given had no view at all, a white wall was all I could see. Moreover, the balcony was next to the main ventilation exhaust, so there was a constant buzzing noise. Luckily the double windows kept most of the noise out. during my 3 night stay, my breakfast order was forgotten twice, even with very few customers in the breakfast area and I had to remind the waiters. Although the staff tried to be very friendly, there is still a long way to go to achieve professional efficiency.

Excellent facilities, room size and comfort! Fantastic spa and wet area. Good massage. Very good location. Full automation in the room. The value for money is excellent.

I stayed in this very nice and modern hotel during a short visit to Heraklion. The location is great, right in the centre. My room was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can also recommend the SPA where I had an exceptionally good massage by Georgina.

If you cannot get 1 of the 3 parking spaces outside the hotel then you must use the 15€ per day car park.

Very close to the centre. Amazing pool and jacuzzi facilities that you got for 1hr each day (must book a time with the spa receptionist) along with a 15min free spa treatment. To use the sauna and steam room this is an extra cost, all this ensures that the pool and spa is never over crowded. The breakfast was superb. Friendly bar and spa staff. Room was large and very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Lovely massage and spa facilities, very modern. Some extra touches thrown into our stay that were very appreciated. Staff on arrival were brilliant and the staff in the spa were very good too. We were very happy with our stay and would return!

A brand new hotel at the center of Heraklio. The hotel is the first smart hotel in Crete. The staff makes the hotel even more top than already is. Very polite, always with smile and always ready to make your accommodation more comfortable and make the guests more welcome. The breakfast has very good first quality products and the spa ( swimming pool - Jacuzzi - massage ) is a facility that can't be missed . I would like to thank the management and the staff for my accommodation at Ethereal White Resort and will definitely choose it again on my next visit in Heraklio.

The room is looking modern and stylish, big and comfortable, I enjoyed the balcony as well. Staff is very polite and helpfull, nice conversations, meanwhile they’re not too much. Not after you in every secound, they know when they’re needed. Best choice on the island.

Everything was pristine and super-luxurious. The room was very spacious and smart and the mattress was the best ever! The shower was a room unto itself, so no unwanted water on the floor anywhere. The lighting was also very flexible, with a variety of combinations and , most importantly, good bed-side light for reading. I could go on and on, but I will end with a thank you to the staff who were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed an excellent cocktail in the bar.

The location although a short walk from the centre is in a narrow lane which is a bit difficult to find. The view from our room was the back of the building.

We enjoyed our stay at this new sparkling clean hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful and prompt. We loved the complimentary hour at the spa 15 minutes massage.

The hotel doesn't have great views, unless from the roof, as it is on the edge of the 'inner city', but we were out and about during the day so this was not a big problem.

This is a new hotel which we booked last minute. The staff were very helpful getting us settled after a near midnight arrival. The two rooms we had were comfortable, clean, modern and well equipped. The layout of the suites was very considered and plenty of nice little touches. The staff were knowledgeable and advised us on how to get into the centre and around town and the sights to see, all of which was good advice. The restaurant staff were very careful regarding a food allergy and went out of their way to assist, cook something different etc. Very attentive and passed on information to other staff when there were shift changes. Breakfast was varied, fresh and well prepared. Lots of beautiful fresh fruit, breads, omelettes, cereals and juices. Good amenities - rooftop pool with bar, spa etc. Quiet area at night but close to excellent restaurants. Could not be faulted.
