From start to finish my stay at Eva’s house was fantastic. So clean and comfortable and there was even snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for me. Best accommodation I’ve stayed at in Afytos. Cannot wait to go again

We loved our stay at Eva's house! Communication with our host, Eva was fluent and very pleasant, she contacted us soon after we booked her place, to ask about the time of arrival, as we booked on the same day. Eva is a wonderful host, very kind and easy-going and enjoyable to talk to. Actually the studio was so well equipped and we didn't have absolutely anything additional to ask for, but she helped us with advising us on the open restaurants and other questions we had regarding Kassandra. The studio is spacious enough for two persons, very well designed, with a small kitchenette where you will find a coffee machine with capsules, kettle for greek coffee, device for frappee, and filter-coffee machine, refridgerator and a sink. Eva welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fresh fruits. There were also snacks for breakfast. The bathroom is beautiful, with a special heating on the mirror to dry off the steam. We were delighted to find a small present with a variety of Greek products. The bed is very comfortable, the AC swuitches on automatically, the lighting is perfect for all kinds of moods and needs (something that in hotels is usually not that well thought of), the house is very well constructed, with insulation, and when you close the windows there is no noise from the street that could bother you. There is a small veranda in front of the studio, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and contemplate life. There is a bigger table around the corner where you can also have dinner. Apart from English Eva speaks very good Bulgarian and is always happy to help. I cannot recommend more a place to stay when you want to visit Kassandra, Halkidiki.

I liked everything about it.

Eva’s House is at about 300 m from the Afytos square, and with that close to everything you need. It’s renovated, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped with everything one might need. The hosts are amazing people and they made our stay incredibly comfortable. I would most definitely recommend this property!

If you are looking for clean, modern, excellent service then you are in the right place. We have been to many places in Greece, but this one left the biggest impression on me. The hosts are wonderful people. Warm recommendation.

This one of the coziest studios we’ve had the pleasure to stay! It deffinitely is the best in the area, I recommend it to everyone going in Afytos. Everything was super clean and the bed was so comfortable! Eva is the best host in Afytos, she and her family care about their guests so much :) Thank you Eva for the great hospitality, we will come back for sure when in Greece :)

The property is modernly furnished and very new. Location is perfect as you can walk to the center in 2 minutes. Super clean and neat. One of the best stays I had ever. The owner Eva was perfect, very attentive to our needs and very friendly. She even texted us when our room was ready before the checkin time. Eva, thank you also for the gifts, so kind! Amazing and incredible experience! Perfect choice for a great rekaxing holiday. Owners are super helpful and friendly. The room is extremely clean, comfy and modern, and facilities of room is more than you need! 2 minutes by walk to beautiful center of Afytos. This accomodation experience literally made us feel we need to visit Halkidiki again and stay there. I wish I could give 20/10. ❤️
