Our plane was late, so we lost one day, and the first day was rather windy, Else there was nothing to complain about. We were treated like friends!

Super friendly landlord, who is perfectly connected to the islanders. He is offering all kinds of services, like organizing a taxi or boat trips, he will do anything he can, to make you feel comfortable! A Silent fridge helps relaxing in a cozy room, only minutes away from where the beach is and the action takes place, but yet within a silent neighborhood. Every evening when we returned, we found a note on the bed pointing at a present in the fridge. We had fresh watermelon one day and a cocktail the other.

If you are planning a holiday in Santorini and you see that this Villa is available then look no further. Book immediately :-) Super location (1-2 min to the beach), stores, restaurants, bakery with fresh bread and delicacies within walking distance. You have everything right under your nose. A secluded place with its own backyard. Comfortable for a family of 5 people. Own swimming pool with massage is an additional attraction. Owner very friendly and helpful.

The shower is very small, for me was ok but my husband is tall.

Kosta is a great host and very polite. We got two glasses of wine with the grapes the night  when we arrived. You can ask him everything he is willing to help. Apartment is clean, it looks same as it was on the photos. You need one minute to the beach and maybe 5 minutes to the Centre. Bakery is 2 minutes walk. Everything is better than perfect❤️

We travel a lot. But it was actually the best vacation ever. The hosts are very sincere and friendly people. We felt better than at home. Before arrival, we were offered a taxi for 35 euros. The price of a taxi at the airport is 49 euros. When we checked in, Mr. Kostas told us how to best spend time on the island and what places to visit. Gave discounts to various restaurants. Our room is very cozy and comfortable. They cleaned every day. Beautiful terrace with flowers. A few steps to the beach. Every day you can enjoy the sunrise. They allowed us to use the pool in another villa. Mr. Kostas always treated us to delicious drinks and sweets. It's actually pretty cute. The energy is just beautiful in this place. We have never had such attitude anywhere. This is an incredible place. We left this beautiful corner of the island with tears. Thank you for such a warm and friendly welcome.

Fantastic location - excellent for people who want a more peaceful stay in Santorini. Very close to bus stop which will take you to Fira and Oia. Supermarket right outside your door. Less than a minute walk to the black sand beach. And of course the host Kostas was amazing. The most friendly host I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Made my stay in Santorini so much more memorable.

Stayed 3 nights, excellent place. Comfortable bed, cheery colors, cold AC, location just a 3 minute walk to Perissa bus stop that goes to the main bus station in Fira with choice of local and express busses. Also Perissa beach is just a 3-minute walk too with several restaurants along the coast. Kostas was very welcoming and friendly, I wish all owners were like him. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and recommend it to all friends.

Location, hospitality, comfort. Literally a minutes walk from the beach and and a huge choice of restaurants and bars and yet so peaceful. Kostas was super helpful, he arranged our airport transfers, gave us great advice on what to see and how to get there. Very friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. Christina kept our room immaculately clean. It’s not a 5 star hotel but clean, comfortable and has everything you need, with a personal touch.

There are doors that separate the two sleeping areas, but they have glass panels, not providing much privacy. Also, closing those doors means no air conditioning for the bunk bed area. The sleep sofa being two separate beds instead of a queen-sized bed worked for us, but May be disappointing for some guests.

The location was amazing - blocks from the metro, restaurants, and shopping. There is a fun, Alice in Wonderland-themed dessert shop around the corner, and the Acropolis is within walking distance. Spacious enough for our family of five. The sleep sofa unstacks, to sleep two people (not pictured in the listing). The giant curtain blocked out the Athens light when we needed to nap away our jet lag.

We had a great stay on Evelina pension and we loved that it’s minutes by walk from beach. Also, all that you need is placed on the corner: supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, bus stop and rent a car office. All tips form Kostas was really helpful for a pleasant stay. For sure will come back.

Evelina Pension was fantastic! Kostas was a wonder host - helpful, friendly and welcoming. Our rooms had lovely balconies and were clean and well appointed. The location is in the heart of beautiful Perissa beach and across the road from the bus station, where you can catch the excellent local buses to anywhere else on Santorini. We would definitely stay there again!

Kostas was a lovely host who loves to ensure his guests have a great stay.The place is a few minutes away from the black sands of Perissa & central to the night life, so ideally positioned. Kostas was kind to point me to recommended restaurants, bars & the lovely Tutti-frutti coffee/ smoothie bar which all gave 10% discount as I was staying at the Evelina. The room I had No4 on the ground floor for great for my short stay.The staff were all friendly. Would definitely go back.

The property exeeded our expectations. The pension is close to all main facilities (black beach, restaurants, cafes), Kostas was very helpful and gave us so many advises for places to eat and visit. He also booked for us a boat tour to the Volcano and nearby islands as well as transfer from/to the airport. You will definitely feel at home at Evelina Pension!! :)

The property was in a fantastic location for our needs . public transport to Fira centre is literally across the other side of the road . We took the bus to Fira where you can take buses in all directions . buses car rental options too. Bakery 5 min walk and local supermarket on the main road 10 min walk . The host is a kind soul full of local tips and happy to help and advise. if you need it. we stayed two days as a base . two buses to Ferry port very easy. The Beach is at the end of the street 5 min walk super location .

I highly recommend Evelina Pension. The guest house is located very close to the beach, restaurants, shops (the nearest is opposite). The room is equipped as it is written on booking.com (air conditioning, fridge, kettle, hair dryer, etc.). If you need anything more - ask the host Kostas, he will certainly help. Kostas is a very nice, friendly and helpful person. He will help you rent a car, organize trips, transfers, recommend restaurants with discounts. Thank you Kostas :-)
