The ventilation in the bathroom was poor. The playground could do with a major revamp!

Water temprature at the inside pool was cold. It is supposed to heated pool. But it was cold as the outer pools. Very dissapointing. The Beach area was not as expected. No lifguard. And not safe for small children to play on the sand. No activities for children. No kids club and no beach activities.

Everything was very good. The location , very quite area with great view. The room was great for us. The room location was far from the main reception and resturant we had to walk 5 min with the stroller to get there. If they had gevin us a room in the main building then it would have been just perfect.

Some ongoing refurbishment with associated noise. Beach area closed. Could be noisy if not requesting a quieter room away from main road.

At the buffets people were letting their kids touch food and they weren’t supervised which was gross. The nights we ate at the dinner buffet most of the food wasn’t really Greek, which we would have preferred, but it was good.

Lovely rooms and facilities, from the pool to the spa and beach, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered were professional and friendly, they helped us with details to visit a few locations.

The breakfast didn't live up to my expectations and service at the beach could have been better.

Everything was very good. The facilities, the room, and especially the sea in front was great!

The ONLY thing I could say was our room smelt like old laundry ? Lol you turned the AC on and the smell went away. But man as soon as you turned the AC off that smell comes right back. I couldn't figure out what it was.

Honestly everything was great. For the price and it's location, solid choice.

The variety of the food at room service and the bar.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff polite and helpful, the location amazing. We liked the food at the pool bar and enjoyed the seaside bar as well even though it was November. We will definitely come back, a recommendation for the area.

The beach restaurant offers very bad service and quality of food. Place is nice but it is all you get for your money.

The room service food options are limited and not as tasty as the ones at the pool bar. Many mosquitoes, the rooms could benefit from a window net.

Comfortable beds, great pool bar with various tasty food options, next to the sea in green surroundings. Nice breakfast with a view. We enjoyed our stay and planning to come back.

I liked everything but I had a problem with one of my rooms (we had 2). There was a bad smell coming from the shower drain, and although I reported this they were not able to fully resolve.

Everything is new, beautifully designed and looks amazing. The rooms are high class and comfortable for a good price. The private beach, pools and grounds are beautiful and have all the needed facilities. The effort really shows. The staff was professional and very friendly. Great breakfast with cool stuff like freshly squeezed orange juice and pancakes.

The food at the restaurant we tried (on the sea) was pretty average. If you’re a light sleeper make sure you’re back from the main road. We made this point to the concierge and she moved us immediately which we were grateful for!

Three pools and the sea - great drinks, and breakfasts. Everybody so welcoming and great big shared spaces - very clean and modern.

The air conditioning was not working very well. It takes ages to get the temperature down. According technicians it was ok, but even the ones in the corridor were doing a better job. The beach facility you can only reach by crossing the highway via a tunnel. Waiting time at reception desk...

The hotel was pretty new, and the gardens are beautiful, as well as the animal sounds at night. Dinner and breakfast buffets were included and were of good quality and quantity. Bathroom has a spacious shower facility and sufficient amenities.
