A great place to stay, outside of busy town, near to the airport. The best option is to hire a car and wander around. The pebble beach is only 2 minutes walk from the property. It’s a paradise for kiteboarding lovers! We stayed there for 7 nights. We loved every minute there! Savvas, his parents and Georgia made us feel welcomed. We also enjoyed the evenings in their Que Passa tavern, where we could discover Greek tradition food and experience a real local atmosphere with Greek music and people.

The studio room and bathroom were rather cramped, but this wasn’t too important as there was a nice balcony terrace which made a pleasant breakfast location plus the extensive garden/dining area. It was difficult to get the shower to maintain a steady temperature.

Wonderful staff, Savas made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I left. I stayed half/board with evening meals included in the rate, meals were excellent, with a choice of 10 main courses, all very tasty.

The owner and his family are super nice. It was already the second time we came here. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay a lot. And you need to try the Dakos salad. It's the best! :)

The planes can be a little loud for some. There were 2-3 planes every night. I got used to them after the first night, maybe second. I don't know if the beds in my room were longer than 2 metres, I would prefer longer beds. But these things are not a dealbreaker :)

Savvas and his family and staff were very nice, friendly and helpful :) Breakfast was still the same, but okay for a few days. Dinner was more variable, you could choose from more salads and meals. Everything was very delicious. I absolutely recommend this accommodation :)

The hotel is situated too close to the airport and low flying planes may cause some discomfort. The beach is usually occupied by kitesurfers, so caution is advisable to avoid being hit by a kite. Besides, stones make entering the sea quite painful. Finally, there was an air conditioner only in one room and a ventilator in the other. But all this was fully compensated by the cheerful and friendly atmosphere around us during the whole period of our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Rhodes thanks to Savvas and his excellent team/family! We liked very much delicious food at affordable price and cosy atmosphere each evening at dinner. Our appartement had two rooms with comfortable beds, a small kitchen with a fridge and two balconies. Cleaning, once in two days, was too often for us)) The hotel is an ideal place to stay for kitesurfers. The nearby kitespot Wetskillz (very nice guys) is straigt on the way to the beach (50 m). For non-kiters the only reasonable solution is to rent a car and visit places on the island including many wonderful beaches (our favorite one was Traounou). We liked very much Hi Way rent-a-car/bike company who has five-seater Kia Picanto with automatic transmission (for only €5 more than the manual one). They can bring the car and take it back at the hotel/airport. Another trusted firm with same services is Butterfly - ask Savvas beforehand, he can help you get the best deal from them.

We really enjoyed our time at Evi's. It felt like we are part of the family. Thanks for the good time and the delicious food. it was the perfect place for us travelling with our small child. All our special needs were satisfied completely.

Everything was great. There is nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was quite modest. For each person, two toasts, a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, butter, a bowl of jam, a glass of juice and one hot drink, either coffee or tea. However, it was possible to buy almost everything you can think of for breakfast from the menu. The dinners, on the other hand, were absolutely great. Very varied selection and perfect design. I would specify the location as a countryside. The beach just behind the house. Quiet and nice place, but it is necessary to have some means of transport or you will not get anywhere. I definitely have to mention the absolutely great staff, who took good care of us throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this accommodation in Rhodes.

My friends and I were spending two weeks to kitesurf and it was absolutely wonderful. We stayed at the No. 2 bedroom apartment from which we could see the Ocean and the first kites in the morning (3 min walk to the beach). The interior is simple, but you got all you need and the apartment was very clean (during our stay it was cleaned every 2nd day). Only wished we had an additional AC as one bedroom had only a fan, which was quite challenging during the hot summer nights, apart from that couldn’t wish for more. It is a family run business and they all have their heart an soul devoted to make you feel as welcome and at home as possible, which we all certainly did. The hospitality is one of a kind and rarely found like this anymore these days. They organized a birthday cake for my boyfriend, took care of me when I wasn’t feeling good, helped us out with tools for Boards (unasked) and remembered little details like our coffee choices as well as to take care of our veggie wishes, extra sheets etc. We even learned some greek phrases and had our first Mastiha Shots together, just to name a few special memories. We had breakfast and most of our dinners there under the sky and felt lucky to have the restaurant just in front of our door, as we spent most of our evening on the water for kite surf sunset sessions. The restaurant is also managed by the family and you can taste the delicious traditional receipts for dinner, of which we ordered even more to take as lunchsnack to the beach. Nicest, heartwarming hosts, splendid food and simple-clean accommodation, the kitesurf spot in front of your door with a very good price performance ratio! Will definitely come back and book again! The location and apartment were amazing! Savvas and his entire family made sure our stay was relaxing and no question was too much - renting scooters, showers on the last day, airport drop-off, everything was taken care off with a massive smile. Would def go again!
