The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak in my room and I couldn't connect my phone to the TV to watch something else than local television. Also my balcony was on the street site, so with my window open it was pretty noisy when a car came by.

I liked the bed and pillows, I slept really good on it. Also the size of the shower was super nice. I enjoyed it that I was in a quieter place nearby the city, while nearby there was a small square with multiple cafés where you can enjoy a drink (and read a book). The staff is really friendly too.

The area does not look great, shabby. Little noisy up tp midnight if the room looks on the streat.

The room was very clean, big, and the bed comfortable. In Perama, a few minutes from Ioannina. The parking is a couple of streats away, in a field, literally.

A little far from the city centre but we knew that when we booked. It is a nice neighbourhood.

The guest house is right next to Perama cave. Location is perfect for exploring Zagori region too. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

If you are lucky, you could park right in front of the house. Other way, the house has its own parking, but it is about 150 meters away.

Nothing to complain about.If you want some action at night , you probably need to go into Ioannina.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. He advised us where to eat at night There was parking available . Location was very convenient opposite the cave and quiet. A big plus is that the water in the shower doesn't flow all over the floor . Basic and value for money.

Very pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Upon check-in, they were treated to a cup of coffee, helped with things, found a place for safe parking of the car. The hotel itself is located on a cozy and beautiful street, opposite the entrance to the Perama cave - a local landmark. We were very satisfied, we recommend.

There isn't anything we didn't like, but we would only suggest the owners to put a bottle of water in the fridge and some glasses in the room because it is a known fact that usually people are thirsty when they have been travelling for some hours.

The room was cleaned and comfortable.The staff was very friendly and kind, not only the staff but even the nephew of the owner, the little Jorgo,only 7 years old was so polite,lovely and cute... and it was nice of him to talk to us in English. Jani, the owner, was also very helpful, he gave some directions to me on how to go to the island of Ali Pasha. Last but not least, the hotel is in a quiet area where you can easily relax.It is about 2-3 km from Ioannina and this helps you have good access to the tourist attractions. To conclude, it is wellworth being accomodated there.

The wifi didn’t work well in the room. However, it worked great in the restaurant downstairs.

The staff was really nice and helpful and it’s in a great location right next to the cave. It is quite far from Ioannina though, so it’s good to have a car. There is free parking. The room itself was very nice and a good value.

I travel all over Europe and I have never experienced such a wonderful, family atmosphere and customer care. The rooms are clean, the (Greek) breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the owner packed for us what we did not eat for the road. It was very nice. Before I left, I already missed you. I would like to sit down in that cafe downstairs again and soak up this unhurried Greek way of life. When I am in Greece next time I will definitely come back to you.
