it’s next to the most beautiful beach in Santorini, it has a supermarket right next door, and so many other beautiful eating out spots. the property itself is so cozy has many free chilling spots to relax . the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. and they clean them on a daily basis. the service was also very kind and helpful. and very friendly people.

Nikol the manager was awesome. She drove me to find breakfast when I was looking for options. Booked my sailing tour and Airport transfer. She is the definition of going above and beyond.

October was a bit windy but that is not the fault of the accomodation haha.

The little houses very quaint and cute and situated right in front of one of the nicest beaches on the island with very clear water and nice pebbles. The chill out lounging area in front of the houses is also very nice and picturesque. Nikol was very welcoming and attended to all our needs. She gave many nice recommendations and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Loved the experience overall and would definitely recommend it to any couples.

- The hospitality and advices of Nikol so that my stay is great: I received advices regarding the activities I could do on the island, she even drop me off at Akrotiri after a small trip in a beautiful village. Nikol is also really passionate about wines, she has an education in the field, and she is organizing private tours if you are a wine lover. - Thank you very much Nikol, you made my stay great! :) - Really nice room and comfortable, with a coffee machine, fridge and even some free drinks. - I appreciated the area around the room (table with 2 chairs in front of the room, relaxing area's outside and at the shadow, a shop just next to it, the fact that is really 10m from the sea - perfect for watching the sunrise). - The architecture. - Great sunrise from the beach in front, just 10m away from the hotel. - In the evening we can hear the sea from the courtyard.

Everything about this property was amazing. Nikol is an extremely kind person who was always willing to help and give plenty of suggestions of cool places to check out. I felt very taken care of. The suites were so cute with the right amount of space, the grounds were lovely with plenty of places to enjoy the vibe. The suites were cleaned daily and the staff were also so friendly. As a solo traveller I couldn’t recommend this place enough and when I return to Santorini next year, I’ll be back here. The location was the best; right in front of the beach and surrounded by lots of great food spots and a stretch of beach bars. Thank you so much Nikol, you’re the best xxxx

Exi Sea side was fantastic! We had an amazing stay and Nicole (the host) was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make our honeymoon as fun and comfortable as possible. It's steps away from the most beautiful beach in santorini with plenty of great restaurants and bars close by. There's a bus stop close by that can take you almost anywhere on the island and Nicole can help arrange any activity you'd like to do while in Santorini.

there’s absolutely nothing to complain about!

it is an excellent place to stay in Perissa. literally across the beach, 1 minute walk. even if you are in the middle of the village, it is quiet, you have a private large garden to chill in. Has different sitting areas in the shade. the parking is large, safe and free.the staff is extremely well trained, and the host is just amazing. It is clean (daily housekeeping and towels/cosmetics are provided). We had complimentary water, wine, coffee and tea. the kitchen area is completely equipped and a mini market opens in the garden. also they can explain about history, experiences and things to do. We travel frequently in Europe and US, but this is the best hosting service we experienced at this category of accommodation. excellent value for money as well.

Good location, 100 m to central bus stop, 30 m to beach. Perissa beach was clean, safe and reasonably priced. Exi sea side suites staff is super-friendly and professional, providing good tips for restaurants and activities. We ordered breakfast, had no expectations and that was so goood, so we had it every single morning😊

great place, can't recommend it enough

If you want to stay right across from the beach, literally outside the fence, and sit in front yard reading a book or drinking wine, this is the right place. It's incredible. And the staff are like friends - they know everyone and help with everything. there is even a boat taxi right near the hotel that takes you to kamari beach and the hotel gives you a free electric bike to go down the perissa boardwalk which is really great because it's long

The apartment was modern, super clean and interior was stylish. Nikol and the staff gave us a very personal and warm welcome and were super friendly and accommodating. The apartment was 2 minutes from the beach so perfect.

There is no sea view form the apartment (in the apartment for 2) which is on the contrary quite dark. Breakfast was not available during our stay:( (renovation of the kitchen) and a drying rack outside would be helpful

The property is very close to the beach. The “suite” for two people is newly furnished and the bathroom very fancy. There is a market basically inside the property which makes the stay very comfortable (it is open like the whole day). The room is cleaned every day. The staff is incredibly gentle and available for your needs. They have made the difference in our stay!

My story: First time in Santorini with limited time for checking the recommended daily activities. My plan was to combine enjoying the Perissa beach with trips to Fira and by boat. On described scenario was very important for me the help and recommendation provided by the host.

The only thing that would have been helpful is having Air conditioning units in all of the bedrooms, one without it was very hot.

The location was phenomenal, just across the street from the beach. The restaurant and beach club just next door was great-we visited everyday, and snorkeled in the sea. I have stayed in Thira when visiting Santorini twice before, which was also nice, but the accommodations, warm welcome, and proximity of the beach here would keep me coming back to Exit for years. Everyone I met was very kind and helpful, the little market next door and restaurant were wonderful, everything was fantastic. the accommodations themselves were wonderful, and spacious.
