Everything is excellent The location is great. The room super clean modern and comfortable. The pool area was so nice to sit and relax. The breakfast was amazing. The owner and the staff very polite caring and helpful. We loved it. Would stay here again when in Parga and would recommend to anyone.

Only one minor thing but this is not a problem for the accommodation. The beach is a little bit far so I would need a car to go there.

We spend only one night in this luxurious accommodation. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom with shower is almost so big than our home ..  The host provide us with wonderful breakfast with all delicious morning food and drinks. We had a wonderful short time in Parga but we booked already our next holiday for next year.

Nothing - it was perfect

We had a wonderful stay, Lakis and his family made us feel so welcome, the room and pool area were beautifully furnished. Breakfast was amazing, lots of lovely treats. Best place I’ve stayed ,Thank-you and we will definitely return.

Absolutely Everything!! The laid back atmosphere, the amazing hosts, spacious and beautiful room, close to Parga, amazing breakfast, everything is made with love and passion!! Room was modern, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Great additional extras, e.g coffee machine, sandwich toaster, mosquito coils, wine goblets. Beautiful outdoor spaces and furniture for communal use. Varied and delicious breakfast and lovely outdoor private space as extension of room for eating. Luxurious loungers and very clean pool and grounds. Friendly staff, willing to do anything to help.

Nothing - A Superb Stay

Breakfast buffet was incredible, Room was so well equipped from quality coffee and toiletries, night lights for the children to sun blinds by the dinning area to keep the sun light out at mealtimes. Pool was great too. All in a great spot for discovering Parga. Great Job Lakis and family.

Nothing negative to say

This is such as lovely, peaceful and beatiful place, the attention to detail in the suites and the area is really amazing. We stayed in suite 5, it was spacious, beatifully furnished and decorated with nice views to the surrounding nature. The general areas and pool are as beatifully set and the entire location feels like a peaceful paradise where you can relax away from the crowds of the Parga town. The owner and the staff are friendly, attentive and really want to make sure your stay is special. Having stayed in many luxury resorts, we can hands down say this place is a gem.

Everything was perfect, we definitely come back.

Wonderful place! We loved the interior of the suite and the pool right in front of it. The hosts were so friendly and we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast every day. From the suites it’s a nice stroll to Parga city center. It felt special to be one of the last guests of the season.

The room was exactly like the pictures and wonderfully clean and well looked after. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a swim for both young and old. But hands down what makes this place exceptional are the staff; from the owners Lakis, Gianna and their delightful daughter Fay to the wonderful Lena and the lady who services the rooms make you feel just like family and make your stay perfect. We are only just back and already missing Lena’s wonderful smile at breakfast and her amazing freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. Our 11 and 7 year old girls had the most wonderful time and all the staff took them under their wings and gave them a home away from home. The hotel is situated far enough out of town to give you peace and tranquillity but a short walk away from the centre for activities and wonderful restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book!

The property was amazing, giving you the best chilled, relaxing vibes. Was decorated to a very high standard and situated a short walk to parga. breakfast every morning was great ranging from pastries, cereals, fruit, scrambled egg, sausages & bacon, couldn’t ask for more. the owner & staff were so accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us, rooms cleaned everyday. we can’t wait to come and visit again.

We were very late (6 hours) to arrive, but the owner, Laki, was still present to greet and welcome us! Laki is most gracious, personable, and helpful- he provided guidance and suggestions of places and sights to visit that enriched our stay in Parga! Everything about his property is a dream come true! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable and the decor Zen and soothing for the soul! The bathroom was exceptionally beautiful with its wooden counter that spanned across and a shower spacious enough for a whole family! Breakfast, prepared by sweet Lena, was delicious and there was a variety of foods to choose from. The exterior scene was serene and breathtaking- a pool, greenery, and many unique seating areas to relax. Thank you Laki for your vision of a great escape! If ever in Parga again, F&S Lounge Suites will be our home away from home!
