How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Nothing the apartment is a little walk from the centre but it’s not a problem.
The hosts was incredibly hospitable and made the best and largest breakfast I have ever had!

The location is excellent, very close to the city center, where it is great for walking, and at the same time it is a quiet and peaceful place to relax. The owners are always available and concerned about our stay. The breakfast is superb.

Everything was perfect.
The house was very comfortable and clean. The location was very good also free parking included. The hostess was very kind and pleasant and the breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommends. I will totally come back again. 10/10

All was like in the pictures, clean and fresh. Location near to the center, to magazines and also to the beaches. Very nice View in the night to the Castle of Parga and was nice to stay outside all was so quiet and peaceful. Mrs. Lambrini is a wonderful and kind women, and her husband also. every morning Cooked for us breakfast with homemade products and was all very Tasty. She is all the time near and fullfill all our wishes like a mother with her childs. Is definetely the best location we Stayed and the best owner we meet. Look forward to come back NexT year 🤗

Nothing, Greece is struggling with electricity issues. We only lost it once for a few hours but absolutely not the owners fault and still it caused us no issues. We would definitely come back again.
The host Lambrini is absolutely brilliant. Really looks after you. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Loads of homemade Greek food and some nice choices with good filter coffee. Lambrini is so friendly and attentive. Room was nice Size, air con worked well and location was no more than 10 mins from beaches. We all loved it

Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations.
Everything! The apartment was specious, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast with home grown products and with a parking spot, something very important in overcrowded Parga. But most importantly, the owner Lambrini, she is a genuinely nice person and hostess that does everything to accommodate her guests! We strongly recommend her apartments and we would stay again if back to Parga.

My family and I were staying at Mrs Lamprini house and I must say that she along with her husband delivered an exceptional service. The apartment was super clean, the location is pretty good only 10 min from the center of Parga and the breakfast that she provides is the best Greek breakfast you can ever have. Mrs Lamprini was very helpful with giving us tips and recommendations, and she really made our stay in Parga very pleasant. I highly recommend you to stay here, I know we will next time we came in Parga.

The mattress was a bit hard.
Llambrini was a good host. She even suggested us the beaches near by. The apartment was clean and had a lot of light. We even made dinner once. The breakfast was good.

The location was perfect > within walking distance to the town but quiet at night for sleeping. The host > Lambrini. I have never had such a lovely, kind, considerate, patient, thoughtful, understanding host > absolutely faultless. Lambrini kept the apartment immaculate and went out of her way to help. Brilliant is my description 👍👍👍

Nothing to be disliked.
The hospitality that Lambrini and her husband offers is amazing. They went all the way and beyond to support and make our stay amazing. The breakfast has a variety of options from sweet to salty, the room is comfortable and very fresh. The location is great, 5 min walk to the centre with many shops and bars. All the different beaches are very close. I would highly reccommend anyone to go there.

Falopa Apartments are the pearl of the Ionian Sea ... The apartment is clean and comfortable. There is also a parking space which is very important in Parga, which generally has a parking problem. The location is exceptional. It is close to the city center, as well as the beach. If the apartment is a pearl, the owner, Mrs. Lambrini is the jewel of Parga. A kind woman, always ready to help and give precise instructions. After arriving from the beach in the fridge we would find cold and sweet lemonade or the sweetest figs in the whole world. Perfect communication and service.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped, comfortable with private parking. All rooms have air conditioner. We could comfortably accommodate with 3 children (17, 13, 11) Mrs. Lambrini is very kind and helpful. She was always available if we needed some help. Cold lemonade was waiting for us every day. (Thank you for the homemade olive oil! :) ) We were in a quiet, little street 5 minutes walk from the center, bazars, Kioneri beach. Shop, market, bakery 3 minutes.

Everything was exceptional. The apartment is very, very clean and the host is so polite. The apartment is placed on quiet place and it is so near to the town (5 min by foot). Parking place is provided by the host which is something that is necessary in Parga.
