We encountered a communication problem regarding our booking and the host. Back in January when we initially made this reservation for 2 adults and 1 child at that time, Booking.com did not charge us, and the platform clearly stated that our child would stay for free. However, when we arrived at the destination, the host attempted to charge us as if our child were an adult, even though they did not provide all the services typically offered to adults. After some discussion, they did offer us a discount, but this was not the initial agreement we had made on Booking.com. To be honest, I wouldn't have had an issue with paying this amount if it had been clearly communicated from the beginning, rather than being a surprise upon arrival. I'm not sure whose fault this is, but Booking.com's communication in this situation was very poor, as they left us to resolve this issue with the host on our own. I now have reservations about bookings through Booking.com in the future, and I plan to explore the option of booking directly through the host or hotel websites moving forward.

The location is absolutely fantastic, situated right on the beach. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The venue and amenities are simply ideal, providing everything you require for a perfect vacation. The private beach access and reserved sunbeds for hotel guests enhance the experience, and they ensure clean towels are provided daily. Staying here in Stavros is undoubtedly one of the finest choices you can make. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

The curtain in the bathroom was broken but when we told them, they fixed it immediately. Actually also positive.

The hotel is next to the beach, it’s clean, the staff was very friendly & helpful. The sunbeds are numbered by the room number so no need to rezerve them. Great breakfast, small authentic town with many very good restaurants. One of the best places for family with kids.

Shower was small and the mould was building up. I have reported that to reception. Generally very clean and you feel very safe.

the part of the beach that belongs to the resort was not really nice, water was dirty and the beach is made of sand and rocks, so its not so pleasent to enter/leave water. In other words beach is not worthy visiting

The entire staff was amazing, from reception desk to restaurant staff, beach bar staff and cleaning/maintainence service. Pleasant, discreet and kind professionals. The property is maintained very well and looks very clean and comfy. Very close to everything and in a nice location.

The location is great, a few meters from the beach. The cleaning is superb and all of the staff is great. I haven't seen a face without a smile during our entire stay 😀. They all really do everything possible to make you feel welcome and great. Breakfast is great! I especially thank to all of the cooks and Ana to take care of my special diet. ❤️ I recommend Fani apartments to everyone. They all made it possible for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The WiFi connection is really bad, you need to fix this.

Very polite people manage this property. From the front office to the cleaning staff, everyone were super helpful. We were staying with the suite and my entire family felt very well taken care of.

I have a minor remark vs the ac in the room i.e. at the upper bedroom/bed is not so chilly

I like the receptionist (Anna), the breakfast and the chairs reserved on the beach based on the room number how it must be for all hotels. Now, I am booked at Porto Carras Meliton, also a 5 star hotel and here there is continuous fight on beach chairs. You have to wake up at 4 in the morning because most of the clients put towels on them with one day before...

The only thing that bothered us (which could easily be corrected) was that one curtain was missing, so we couldn't darken the room even during the night. At 5 am we were all up because of the early sunrise. Of course this is not something that many people would pay attention to.

Marvelous breakfast! We were surprised by the variety, quality and care with which it was served. The property is next to the beach. We were out of the season so I cannot say anything about the beach, the sea, etc, but for us it was good enough to be close and look at the sea. The rooms were cleaned as we had all the necessary things like slippers, towels, sheets, etc.( After our stay in Fani's, we went to a 5-star hotel again in Greece and it was so bad in terms of housekeeping in comparison to Fani's)!
