The hotel has an incredible location right on the waters edge and is in walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean, spacious and had a holiday home vibe. There was a balcony overlooking the bay which was ideal for watching the beautiful sunsets. And it was super relaxing spending the day on the sunbeds by the water. Can't wait to return soon. Highly recommend!

Our booking was at the end of the summer season and there were a few little things that were a little bit tired in the room but generally everything worked. We were given a lovely room at the top of the hotel overlooking the sea as me and my wife were celebrating a special anniversary. However, there was no lift and it meant a lot of stairs to climb so if you struggle with stairs this could be an issue. If you have mobility issues you would need to ask for a room on lower floor many of which still overlook the sea.

Waking up to the view from our balcony overlooking the sea, at the top of the hotel, was wonderful.

We have been travelling now in Europe for 3 months. This hotel would have to be one of the best.The location on the beach is to die for. Our room had amazing views of ocean and was literally 50 metres away. The rooms were newly decorated. Comfortable beds and had a little kitchenette. Great to prepare light meals and snacks. A lovely breakfast was provided daily in the restaurant. Shops and restaurants close by and in particular a seafood tavern next door was Amazing!. Staff all very friendly. And in particular a special mention to Dora who assisted us with all our needs. The area Tsilivi was definitely a good location. Not as busy as other areas we visited . Great Hotel ! Would not hesitate to go again.!

We had the most delightful stay at this seaview apartment! The breathtaking onian sea views right from the bedroom windows were truly unparalleled. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and enjoying stunning sunrises every morning made my stay incredibly memorable. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with modern amenities. One highlight of our stay was the charming bar on the property. The bar's cozy ambiance and friendly staff added a perfect touch to our evenings. They concocted creative cocktails that perfectly complemented the serene surroundings, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. Speaking of the staff, I must say that their hospitality was top-notch. From the warm welcome at check-in to their attentiveness throughout my stay, the staff members went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their local recommendations and willingness to assist with any request truly made me feel like a valued guest. The location was ideal, offering both a peaceful retreat and easy access to nearby attractions. The only downside was that I didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a relaxing and picturesque getaway by the sea.

The internet doesn't always work well, but it wasn't a huge problem for us.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. People there are extremely nice and welcoming. The food is very good, the cleaning ladies come every day to change the towels and clean the place. As we stayed for 7 nights, they changed also our beds once. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. They offer free access to sunbeds and beach towels, which is very nice. The sea is just outside the hotel🙂, which means it is so easy to take long baths in the calm sea, then eat or drink something ( the bar is open from 9 till 23 ), then relax or go back to the room. There are also 2 very good restaurants near by. We had an incredible stay, enjoyed every minute of it, so we already booked our stay at Filoxenia for next year.♥️

Would have preferred a room on a higher floor.

Absolutely loved these apartments. The staff are exceptionally friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had, they arranged a taxi transfer for us from the airport and met us from the taxi with the room keys. The rooms are very pretty and traditional and they all have an amazing sea view! Rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day. Breakfast was included and was a breakfast platter, which was amazing value. The sunbeds at the front of the apartment are really comfortable and beach towels are provided, there is also a bar service while on the sun beds, although this wasn't needed as the sun beds are right next to the bar. The very best thing about these apartments is the location, it's stunning, right on the beach, I loved waking up every morning and hearing the sea. We loved it so much we have already booked to go back

When I read the room's description and saw the pictures, I was really hoping for a clear, unobstructed sea view from the balcony. Unfortunately, though, the view was partially blocked by the roof of the restaurant. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned this in the room description or provided clearer options. Honestly, I would have been willing to pay more for a second-floor apartment because that's exactly what I was looking for.

The location is absolutely amazing! The view from the restaurant is just spectacular. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleaning ladies are really nice. Plus, the beach is so calm and beautiful. It was a fantastic experience overall!

Could do with a set of drawers in studio for clothes

We had a ground floor room with patio over looking the sea. Bed was comfortable,, good sized studio and cleaned everyday. Staff in whole of complex very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in morning was great overlooking the beautiful sea.

The bed was really uncomfortable for both of us. it was too soft and we would sink in it which would worsen my herniated discs. Also it would be good to place window curtains like you have for the door because of the cleaning guy that had to go from time to time in front of our room. What we didn’t like is we have to pay for changing the bed sheets which is a rule in every hotel that they have to be changed on the third day at least. And our biggest “pain” was - there was no washing machine, everything was always so wet because of the humidity and would get moldy smell because of it and we had to walk 2 km to pay 15 euro for laundry. Also I don’t understand why we were charged for sun beds in our last day there

It was very beautiful view from our room, I could hear the sea waves all night long, it was very soothing, the staff were always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. there was also a kitty which would always wait for us on the porch to feed her, it made us feel like home.

the location is magical - and the hotel is such a lovely traditional style with its whitewashed walls and blue shutters. the sea is crystal clear, calm and shallow for ages and ages and yes the beach immediately in front of the property is very small but only a few metres away it widens out. the beach bar is chilled and the staff were friendly. breakfast was great. felt very safe, the room was immaculate, and exactly as the picture - we had the ground floor room which was spacious and great value and it was sublime to open the doors to the sea every morning. next door there’s a lovely restaurant, on the other side a hotel where you can rent SUP and pedals. Bliss.
