Everything was fantastic

The hotel was very pretty, the hosts very nice and helpful. The room was amazing, it was quiet and the beds very comfortable. We will surely come back again. The hotel is one minute away from three amazing beaches. Actually four 😄 We were really 'spoilt for choice'.

Pool opening times were a little short. By the time it was open, we were planning on going out. Then closed when we returned. Shower water pressure was a little low, but good temperature. Minor faults really

Breakfast was basic, limited choice, but what there was was good. Rooms were well presented and clean. Great location to lay back and relax. Also ideally placed to go out and explore the area. Staff were exceptional very friendly and helpful.

Nothing bad to say. The pool opened 10am, its littlebit too late for early morning people.

Pool opens late at 10am and closes early at 6pm, which was bit of a bummer. Breakfast could have been better.

Location - 3 mins walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from.

Transfer from airport to apartments only by taxi for 40-45 euro and no option for local bus, however it is not critical. Price for deck chairs on the beach 15 euros for full day and reducing till 4 euros from 18:00 till night, and most people lie on the own towels.

Location of apartments is good, in quit place. Girls on reception very polite and friendly. Choice of food not like in Turkish "all inclusive", however good enough. Near with apartments is pretty Taverna for evening dinner with big choice of Crete foods. Wi-FI is exellent, signal is good near swimming pool and even in Taverna!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Flamingos Hotel Apartments, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience that I couldn't be happier to share. Please excuse any potential typos in the names as I'm writing this with the utmost enthusiasm and appreciation. Anotniella, the manager of the hotel, was an absolute gem. Always sporting a smile, she went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was flawless. Any request, no matter how big or small, was met with immediate assistance. Her dedication to making guests feel welcome and valued was truly commendable. The entire staff at Flamingos Hotel Apartments were treated with such respect and kindness, and this was reflected in the exceptional service they provided. Special mention goes to Afrodizia, the receptionist extraordinaire. She not only made sure our transportation needs were met by arranging cabs, but she also took the time to offer us fantastic recommendations for local taverns. Her willingness to assist truly elevated our stay. And then there's Elise, the breakfast lady who seems to speak a multitude of languages effortlessly. She greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a willingness to accommodate our schedule. Even when we lingered in the breakfast hall, she never made us feel rushed or inconvenienced. Her patience and kindness were truly appreciated. The pool was a wonderful retreat, providing a great way to relax and cool off. But what truly stood out was the hotel's proximity to some truly stunning beaches. Of the five beaches within walking distance, we consistently chose the left part of Iguana Beach. It was ideal for us, with its shallow waters and sandy shoreline, perfect for kids. Even during the bustling month of August, the peak season, we never had trouble finding a spot on the beach or in local restaurants. The exceptional staff, wonderful amenities, and prime location make it a top choice. Thank you for making our vacation so incredible!

The shower needs refurbishment ASAP, it was very uncomfortable. The furniture could also need an upgrade.

Nice hotel to stay close to the beach and short ride to the city. Good value for money. All the staff was great, spacious room with the comfort needed for a few beach holiday days, daily cleaning, the pool area was actually nice.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The two-storey room was very comfortable for a family of 3. It had all the important amenities. The ability to cook in the apartment was highly appreciated.

The pool closes at 6, which is quite early. Additionally, other guests have "reserved" the loungers around the swimming pool with towels, even when they're not being used, which is quite bothersome. There's inadequate ventilation in the bathrooms, and the small TV is positioned too far to the bed.

Friendly receptionist who gave us some restaurant tips and arranged a taxi for us. The hotel is nice with a clean pool, with toys and inflatable beds. There's also a play area for children. The hotel is located near a restaurant called tavern Telchinia, which has an excellent food. Decent breakfast, especially enjoyable when taken outdoors while listening to the sound of cicadas. In general, the place is tranquil, noise-free, with beautiful gardens. The air conditioning worked perfectly during our stay.

We could have had our room cleaned daily, but it was only cleaned every 2nd or 3rd day.

Excellent service from staff Antonia & Arhondissa. Also, the lady in the breakfast area is exceptionally friendly.. We can't forget the excellent nail artist & pool attendant Nefeli going above & beyond to cater to our needs. We loved the location, 5 min walk to the beach & close to numerous restaurants & shops. We would definitely recommend & retur.

The rooftop bar/ restaurant wasn’t open during our stay- the season had just started so perhaps that was why.

Great location next to fabulous beaches and with tavernas in walking distance. Bus stop to Chania opposite the hotel so easy and cheap to visit the town ( pay on the bus or in a ticket kiosk- cheaper in kiosk!) The hotel has a lovely setting with gardens and pool. It was quiet when we visited so at times had the pool to ourselves. The room ( one bed apartment) was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen, plus balcony to sit out.
