The kitchen was really well stocked so we could easily make a proper meal. The apartment was really cosy with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Such a lovely welcome from the host, we were sorry we only had one night here.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't enjoy during our 14 nights stay. (17/07/2021 - 31/07/2021)

We loved the location! It is quiet, beautiful and breezy but at the same time it's just 3 mins drive from Eratini, where the markets, restaurants, taverns, pharmacy, bakeries, health center, beach accessories shops are. There were also a tavern and a beautiful bar restaurant only 2 mins walk from Finikas Rooms. Some of their tables are literally on the pebbles of the beach, so nice view! We did a lot of traveling (we had our own vehicle) because the location is perfect for that. It is close to (or not far from) many nice places that one would like to visit. The beach is mainly pebbly but there's also sand. Finikas Rooms has got their own sunbeds, under comfortable thick shadow of tall old trees and beach umbrellas made of wood. The sea is crystal clear, not shallow, not too deep either. We stayed 14 nights and it was mostly very calm. Our children 4 and 7,5 were able to get in the sea even on those couple of times that it got a bit wavy. There were no big waves at no time during our stay. Perfect for families and couples. The hostess Fani, is a lively, very kind person, always, positive, always smiling and always active taking care of the facility, which is indeed very well taken care of. Her kindness and positviity are sincere. She is very friendly but at the same time she remains discreet, just like Andreas, her husband, who is also kind, smiling, discreet and helpful (we faced a problem with our car during our stay and he was eager to suggest a solution). We stayed in a front ground floor room, with a comfortable veranda and a view to the well taken care of garden and the sea as well. Eventhouvh one would expect a lot of mosquittos, there were hardly any mosquittos. The room is comfortably big and very clean. There is a big fridge that works perfect, and so does work the A/C as well. The beds and mattresses were comfortable to sleep in. It was a perfect vacation both for us, parents as well as for our children. Hopefully, we will return next summer.

There was no hot water boiler so I can make coffee, there were mosquitos at night , the floors and counter tops were not clean, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower head was brocken and last but not least the toilet will not drain not even after 10 or more flashes. Even thow I didn't have the sea view balcony I enjoyed a cup of coffee we bought at next door restaurant at the nice patio before leaving. Since it was a Holiday long weekend and I booked only 2 days in advance it was the only place available and it was cheap, I had no choice and I learn a lesson.

Location was very good across the road was the beach.my reservation was for a Family Studio sleep 4 people indicating that had Balcony wirh seaview (I made extra commed to the property just to make sure I had that and since they never answered i assumed it was done) and when I got to the property I was given a Family Studio on the back of the property with a patio - a nice patio never the less- facing a chicken coop!! I didnt say anything to the fast talker owner at the time as we were in a hurry to go to dinner.

It was nice to stay, especially because of the host!!! We were very welcomed, even though it was late. The location is directly on the beach 🏖.

The weather. Too windy for several days.

We booked a room with a sea view /balcony and arrived after the drive down from Delphi at about 10pm, we were then shown to a ground floor room at the back of the property with one window looking out onto a wall and another which faced the garden but we couldn't open the shutters. Had to open the door in the morning just to get some light and air in the place. The Host told us the others were all taken and walked off, It's a good job we were paying at the property as were able to knock 5 Euros off the original price although she argued the point. and it was only the Booking.com confirmation that showed 'sea view' which helped us make the point.

Host was very welcoming but then it went downhill.

We didn't expect a luxury apartment, but it was horrible for us. It was dirty, all plates, spoons and forks were dirty and with mustiness. No facilities for cooking (oil, pepper). Also no bathroom facilities, only soap. Bad Wi-fi. It is a little town, where we couldn't find any good cafe to have dinner and a good market to buy products. Sea was very cold (at the end of June).
