The staff were extremely kind, helpful and attentive to ourselves and our children. The beach front location and inclusion of breakfast made it very good value for money. The hotel was clean, efficient and friendly.

We stayed at Frini for ten days.The position is perfect in front of the sea with private beach.Small room but very romantic and well cleaned.The staff was all very kind, taking care of us for breakfast and always! We liked so much this place. We suggest to try. Frini town is also a romantic place to relax and enjoy good foods!

They move us to another room after our first day stay. Not that was worst but have to move our things was uncomfortable.

Next to the beach and they provided lounge chairs for the beach. Parking.

The only thing that I could comment is that we had booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children and prior to our arrival we were asked to pay an extra €10 for the 5th bed or the 2 kids would have to share a bed. So we ended paying the extra €10

not the hotel's fault of course but in summer 2023 there are roadworks in the area that makes moving around more difficult(some roads are closed and you can't go directly to the hotel,you have to take an alternative route).

nice location, friendly staff, and a big plus is the hotel's private parking where the staff guides you to. Decent breakfast nothing too extravagant but tasty. Big balcony with mosquito nets so you can enjoy the sound of the sea in the night from your bed without bugs bothering you. Staff really friendly and accommodating with kids

For some reason I was expecting a beach view, while the receptionist insisted that I needed to request this. At the time of booking this definetely wasn't provided as an option. I think this issue has now been remedied as it's now much clearer on the website. Provision of a armchair would also help make the room more comfortable.

Excellent for a short stay. The hotel is located just back from the beach with access from a side road where I was lucky enough to get a park. It's close to the beach restaurants and a supermarket. My room on an upper floor had lift access, was a good size, well decorated and had a balcony with a street view. Breakfast was a bonus.

The view from the room was not the best one. The beach, what was supposed to be "the highlight" of the day was very small and quite dirty. (the sea was OK). There were no shelves or cupboards in the bathroom so it was quite difficult to organise things.

As we were travelling by car, the free parking was highly valued. The chocolate milk dispenser was highly valued by my kids. The staff was kind and helpful.

Air conditioning system was noisy and difficult to set.

The location was perfect, the view was amazing.

Our room balcony was holed up among other surrounding buildings with no view at all. Next time we will try to dodge the rooms in the first floor.

Overall, it was an enjoyable and quite relaxing stay. The hotel is highly recommended as it offers everything one might need to enjoy their vacation in Tolo, such as clean and comfortable rooms, beachfront and town-center location, a rich breakfast buffet, and a free parking lot to name some.

Nothing. Everything was great!

For whatever reason, we received a call from Frini Hotel telling us they would have to move us to a different location: Paradise Lost Hotel. It was a great hotel with a pool and nice breakfast. I'd definitely stay at that hotel again... I'm not sure about Frini Hotel.

False advertising on booking. Your money is taken in advance, so you can't leave. Crowded room, bathroom with glass door, airtight, through which you can see and smell everything. The view from the room to nothing, the hotel is not like the others, on the beach anyway. The hotel car park is somewhere on a hill. Bonus, noise and the smell of oil or burnt fuel from a generator.

Hotel was 2 steps from the beach and with free sunbeds. The staff was polite, rooms was clean and comfortable. Definitely I will come back again.
