Unfortunately we left postcards to be send for us to the family & friends and no one received them to this day, which makes it rather obvious they have never sent them- this is very disappointing :(

Entertainment could be better especially for kids its always the same mini disco. Food options limited for gluten free or lactose free. Some areas of hotel had bad drainage smells. Kids playground needs a clean and revamp. Mini market could be better as very limited stock items and old fashioned shop.

the rooms was very small , beach was very far from the hotel poor aqua park , food not served in it. the hotel location far from attractions for the kids.

Beach towel deposit: not taking card for deposit, so if you have no cash , you need to walk 15 minutes under the hot sun to the nearest cashpoint to pay a 3.95 euros fee to take some money. Smoking: how on earth can they still authorise people to smoke in the water park where there is children all around. The reception need a bit more training ( late check out request, restaurant booking).

The water park is great, water a little bit cold but usually not so busy, so good to enjoy. Beach is very near and nice. Food is fine but more local speciality would be nice. Hotel manager is exceptional and friendly, know his job and care about what people say. Room are cleaned daily.

For a family of four, with two teenagers, the Junior suite is a tight squeeze. The only real negative was that the two single beds for our children were uncomfortable, as they are fold-up beds, with metal joining bars protruding through the thin mattresses. They are not hotel standard single beds, completely different to the main room double bed.

Georgiopoulis Suites, as opposed to the Hotel Resort next door, was impressive. The staff on arrival were excellent, making the check-in experience seamless and explaining the all-inclusive package, which was comprehensive. The dining experience across all three daily meals is very good. Variety and quality is very high, with attentive staff on hand to provide drinks. The Junior suite is highly specified, with excellent lighting and well-maintained by the staff daily. Both pool areas are great, with very comfortable loungers for Suite guests. Drinks service to the loungers is easy to coordinate through a QR code. Guest wi-fi is everywhere and decent. The dedicated beach area, with bar and 'Bali' beach beds is great, easily accessed from the hotel via a dedicated tunnel under the road. The beds themselves are super comfortable. The water park at the rear is a great feature. This is shared with the Hotel Resort, so is a bit busier, but not significantly so.

The hotel was great, but the beach is a bit of a walk, not too bad, maybe 5 minutes.

The best hotel eveeeeer, as my kid said. We stayed at the suite section , not the resort, and we just loved this hotel. There is sooooooo much positive thing to say about this wonderful hotel. We booked the all inclusive and it was great. The rooms are luxurious, the buffet resturant were great, the food was tasty, fresh, diverse and plenty of everything.The pools were great, fun, relaxed, beautiful. The beach was a 5 min walk, a bit of a hassle but really not that much of a problem. There was a bar and restaurants there as well, and Bali beds, which felt like paradise. The water slides are a great addition for the kids, which they loved. The kids club was ok, but for younger kids. And the staff, wow!!!!! Always smiling, always kind, always helpful and I think that makes the difference from any other hotel, it made us feel welcomed and that our good experience matter. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was a bit isolated as there was nothing really close in walking distance like other restaurants or shops. To the airport it is a heavy taxi fee or a fair distance by bus, it took long to get there and roads are windy. The room was dated but everything was clean and functional. For what I paid to stay for 4 nights was not worth it, as iv stayed at much nicer hotels for less. For kids it is good and you don’t have to leave the hotel really for anything. Tours are far from this location, so consider what you want to do before staying here. On the map looking it doesn’t seem far to go to places but everything in Crete is spread out.

The buffet had good breakfast and dinner options. The food was standard, some dinner options weren’t amazing, but kind of what you expect with a buffet all you can eat. The 3 pools were great, kid activities throughout the day was good too. Room size was spacious Staff were very friendly and accomodating Beach was nice

really nothing bad to say but if i had to point something out it would be the small distance from the beach to the hotel. Really not too bad though.

We booked a week at Georgioupolis Resort for a week. Upon arrival, we were greeted and immediately upgraded to 2 suites for our extended family. The hotel was comfortable, clean and welcoming for all of us - not to mention gorgeous. The pools we had access to at each hotel (the suites where we stayed as well as the georgoupolis pool) were fun and full of entertainment (Zumba in the pool, cookie making for the kids, etc). Night time was packed with fun shows and entertainment for both kids and parents. But let’s not forget the food - never have I been to an all-inclusive (or half board) with such incredible food. It was actually exquisite and meal after meal each one of us was satiated and beyond satisfied. The manager Nicholas was gracious enough to give us a tour of the dining room and pool. His kindness and attention to detail was incredible. To end our near perfect trip, as we were waiting for our taxi to take us to the airport, we had an unfortunate accident where our 2 year old fell in the lobby and split her chin open (I know, just our luck!). Worried about our little one and our fast approaching departure time, we were selflessly offered a ride to a nearby doctor from one of the hotel staff, Zabia. Not only did she ease the baby’s tears with a toy, she waited for the doctor to be done fixing up our daughter’s chin and brought us back to the hotel. Did I tell you she was off the clock and did this on her own time? And we still made our flight! The customer service at this hotel is unbeatable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend you do the same.

My youngest boy is sensitive to all dairy food (he is allergic, but not life-threatening). So we tried to find food that is not containing dairy ingredients (we searched for VG/vegan-friendly sign). For the sake of honesty, we were asked if we needed a special diet menu at check-in and we decided that we will be ok without it - so I assume it should be chosen for allergic people.

First I would recognize the people - all the staff trying to help and were kind. The room was big with a nice view of the mountains. A lot of food and drinks. We liked a lot the aquapark - the children enjoyed it a lot there. Nice beach and sunbeds. It's nice that you can eat at the beach restaurant and go back to the sea. On the second day of our stay, we were asked if we want to upgrade to the Suites hotel (another hotel a few meters of the Resort hotel) for free - so we agreed. The rooms there were more compact than in the resort. The restaurant is less crowded and nicer than in the resort. The staff is trying to help (the allergic thing and the fact we don't eat pork) and always found a solution. Definitely, it's a good place for vacation! p.s. pay attention, that for dinner there is a dress code

The best Hotel I have been 😍amazing Resort with very friendlystaff. FOOD was delicious and the smoothie are freshly made every morning. The hotel beach is great with sunbeds,bali beds and beach bar.Location is very nice and quiet, family friendly 😊 Reception desk is always helpful. The Spa is amazing too ,I tryed Cretan massage 💆‍♀️ worth to try. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday wonderful, we spent a great time there. P.s Thank you for organising my 40thy birthday/ it was a big surprise/ 🎂 the Cake was delicious 😋 Highly recommended We will back soon
