The bathroom - the shower is quite small Also the 2 small beds are in the hall/kitchenette. This is visible in the pictures and we knew it. But I will mention it for others that do not pay attention to the pictures.

Elena was a great host. She sent some recommendations and even helped when some " neighbours " were a bit loud

Eleni was a great host, helpful, with lots of recommandations for activities, restaurants and places to go to. The room was nice, so was the view. But you definitely need a car to get around!

We stayed in a home with 3 bedrooms and a living room - 2 of the bedrooms were detached, at the 1st floor, but the 3rd one was in the basement, without any door. Given that we've been 3 couples, we would have wanted to have a door for the 3rd bedroom and that detail should be mentioned in the description. But it was not such a big issue for us. Also the radiators had some issues because they've been filled with water during night and we don't why, maybe they need to be fixed somehow. Some of my friends were bothered by the noise - like a Chinese drop.

The host was absolutely amazing. She was kind, always smiling and very willing to help if we needed something. Furthermore, we received coffee filters from the house when we were asking if we had any (our intention was to buy some). We were surprised to see that the towels have been changed each day and the house was really clean when we returned home after a long day spent on the roads. :) Basically we had the same services as we were staying in a hotel, but at a way lower price. The location is also nice because you're close to the beach if you want to relax during sunset or to listen the waves. You cannot lay on a towel because there are a lot of rocks on that beach, but we found a few beautiful beaches at 15 minutes by car. It's a home where you can open the windows and only hear the sound of waves (far away from traffic).

A little bit on the outer side of city, however if you rent some ATVs or scooters there is no problem. Also, taxis are available as well.

Our apartment was great. Great service - The cleaning lady was making sure that our rooms were clean each day (chancing the sheets and the towels as well as moping and cleaning the bathrooms). The host was very nice and very helpful! You can rely on her if you need anything and she will get it done, which is awesome. I highly recommend this location.

Very quiet, cute and clean. Each room has a large balcony with a table and the possibility to hang your clothes. The owners/staff is very very friendly and happy to help you out with anything you need (washing clothes for example). Lots of parking available.

The room was very clean, we got clean sheets and towels everyday. People were super nice. The beaches we preferred were a bit away south to the airport but there were pretty nice Restaurants nearby. Anyway you need a rental car, which are quite reasonably priced on the island and the distances are always short.

We loved our room, propriety in quiet zone, the service cleaning was every day, the gueats were very kind and helpful, we cooked almost every evening, the room temprature wasn't very hot, air conditioning working well. We truly felt and had a wonderful Greece vacation. All good beaches are near here in the north-east coast of the island. We recommed and we'll book again in next Zakynthos's trips.

First time I experienced such an "easy communication" when booking this stay. Eleni would simple check via Whatsapp at what time she could expect you and nothing to worry about. This accommodation is amongst the nicest ones of all the rooms I stayed in. The bed is so COM-FY! You just don't want to wake up and enjoy as much as possible in that bed!

A bit far from restaurants and beaches, even if on the map they seem close (the roads are narrow and twisted, a rental car is a must). The shower is a bit small, but it wasn’t an issue for us. There was no coffee maker, but besides that you will find almost everything you would need for breakfast and such.

Good location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the cleaning lady did a great job every day. The host was very helpful and nice. You can easily park on the premises or on the side of the road. Fast internet connection and a big tv with all the streaming services you might wanna watch. There’s a big terrace where you can chill and have a smoke.

I would say the worse part was having old furnitures and a very very tiny shower. Not only the shower also the WC was pretty small and not comfortable at all.

Overall the building outside looked good and modern but the furnitures seemed outdated and pretty old. It was very comfortable and quiet so we had a good vacation time. the garden was cute. Also the balcony was great to eat something and watch the sunrise. In the kitchen we found everything necessary and I am very satisfied by it.

I definitely recommend Galatea. Very nice rooms and really clean with nothing missing. Amazing view in a silent area in order to relax! Eleni was there for us and explained where it was the best to go! She is also amazing!!!

- very simple organization (i.e. some problem to lock the door) - small bathroom and uncomfortable shower - the nearby (around 1km) there are a small rubbish dumb

There is a tiny kitchen in the room that’s super convenient. However, it would be great if there were also a few of basics provided in case tenants want to cook something - oil, salt, pepper, maybe some tea/coffee. Right now we had to buy the smallest quantities of oil and salt that we could find which were still too much for our stay. Also, the shower only has curtains so the water leaks througout the whole bathroom floor. It’s not much of an issue as there’s a drain installed. However, it would be nicer if you didn’t have to either step in the water after the shower or waste a perfectly good towel as a bath mat.

Amazing location - further away from everything so very peaceful and beautiful. There was a mini balcony/terrace for the morning coffee or evening wine glass. The owner is great! She was super helpful from the moment we landed - gave various contacts for taxis, bike rents, and provided a list of beaches, restaurants, and bars that she recommends. Oh, and there are cats running around in the property so that’s always a bonus in my opinion haha.

The hospitality was the highlight, Eleni the person in charged was very helpful and took care of all our needs, she even recommended us some amazing places to visit. The room was very spacious, amazing balcony, very well equipped and they cleaned everyday.
