We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaNo parking "on-site" but public parking nearby. Didn't have any issues finding parking within a short walk. This can be a busy town, so there was road noise some nights.
Great room (with view of the harbor landmark Bourtzi). Room was large, clean with very good breakfast, good wi-fi. Staff was very friendly. A perfect location for visiting Epidaurus and Messene.

RussiaBecause the building is old, they have a lot of restrictions in the process of renovation, so the windows are new but no soundproofing. We heard the noise of motorcycles, bikes passed by early in the morning.
The room itself was beyond any praises! I went with my daughter, booked with a view of the bay. Upon arrival, it seems to me, we were given the best room in the house: on the third floor, with a balcony and a beautiful view of the Bourtzi fortress, the roofs of the houses and the bay of the Aegean Sea. The ceiling is high, the bed, mattress, pillows, linen are standard as in most of the 4 stars hotels. There were slippers, hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee, and free water. Internet worked well, smart tv with Netflix. The building has been renovated, painted, prepared for the season. It was cold in the evening outside, but there was air conditioning for heating in the room.

United StatesParking can be tricky. You might get lucky and find a spot on the street or have to get a spot 75 yards up the road at a small public (free) lot. We were there off season so no problem but not sure what would happen if it was high season.
This is a beautiful and stylish boutique hotel perfectly located in the old town harbor area of Nafplio. It is up slightly on the hill giving it a nice view of the water and surrounding sites but super easily accessible by car (which can’t be said of some other hotels in the center of town). The rooms have high ceilings and a comfortable and luxurious feel. Some rooms have small balconies which are great to sit on and watch the sea while sipping your morning coffee. There is minimal staff but they were super helpful and friendly. The hotel has a few floors but does not have an elevator so might not be great if not traveling light (that said, the kind man at the desk helped with my families bags). Breakfast was simple but delicious served in a lovely small dining room on the first floor. It is convenient to pretty much everything you’d want to do here and a wonderful place to land after being out and exploring this amazing old city.
