Keep in mind this is a budget option, so dont expect 5 star hotel. Yet, it has everything u need. Basic kitchen but good enough to prepare fried eggs. Surprisingly good (and clean) swimming pool. Little walk to the beach (between 5-10) min. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the way to the beach.

The gentleman who was at reception could not speak English which made the communication very difficult. Outside the accommodation and the pool area could do with some TLC .

Few little ants in the room and I cleaned the toilet when I got there as it looked like someone had used it.

The location was perfect. Close to the supermarket, shops and bars, the beach was only 5/10 minute walk away. Perfect for a solo traveller. The room had a fridge and small freezer and cooking facilities but I didn't use these as I just bought food on the go. The owner only spoke Greek but was very friendly and helped whenever he could.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The gentleman that runs it only speaks Greek, but we got by with the help of Google translate. Very peaceful location, great swimming pool, friendly cats. Perfect for us and we wouldn't hesitate in returning.

The staff doesn’t understand a little bit english.In the booking reservation it was mentioned air conditioning free and at the location the said it’s extracharge.They do housekeeping pretty rare.

This isn't really a hotel which it may seem when booking.Its a few apartments with no reception.Theres a Greek only speaking owner that you need to find and try your best to explain your stay details 🙂 Only had 3 single beds for a family of four!Pretty certain all rooms only accommodate 3single beds so be aware when booking. Kids pool had no water.

Location is great and has a nice quiet pool.Big cheap supermarket 1min walk away, Sagittarius restaurant opposite is really nice with great price for kids meals.

Unexpected little attack of ants ^^ AC paid 5E a day as a surprise. no needed to use, doors and wind is enough. Beds little too stiff. Poor Wi-Fi.

EXCELLENT price 4 value - you've just basically renting a standalone BNB. Cleanliness! Fridge, boiler, kettle, standard cooking accessories, 2-stands electric "cooker". TV with HDMI. Room service twice a week. .

The room was not fully prepared. Not all the washing up was done and none was put away. Coffee maker had also not been emptied. Many random items around the grounds, some close to the rooms, that just needed to be cleared up or thrown away. I accept you could have aircon for €5 per day, but if you don't want that a fan would be nice. When I was trying to finalise details for being collected at the airport, suddenly my emails were not replied to.

Location was good and staff good to talk with, but the place needs more attention to detail to make it a great experience. Sheets and towels all clean and nice.

Fantastic location right on the main strip about a 10/15 min walk to beach. Stella was so lovely and really made effort to make sure we were ok,thank you XX So peaceful, surrounded by fields, cows mooing and lots of wildlife in trees. Most days had pool to ourselves. If you like doing your own thing with no hassle and tranquillity then this is a great base for your stay on Kos.

We were a little upset the pool was empty when we got there and remained empty the whole of the two week stay. It was strange it being peak season but kinda thought it may have been because of the lack of tourists, if we’d have know it wouldn’t have been a problem but the pictures of the pool area were the main reason for us booking.

The location of the property was great, it was quiet and not too far from the beach. The towels, sheets and toilet rolls were changed maybe every other day. The room was cleaned about 4 times a week. The owner were very pleasant and were on hand if you needed help.

The place was more than adequate,to be honest above what was expected. Facilities within the room made the stay very comfortable. Shower always hot, beds comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed and more. Property itself was clean,well maintained and the pool was always available. Staff was never in your in your face. To be honest,it's still a traditional Greek accommodation.

It's good accommodation for the money. It's true that snobs may have a problem, but a normal person usually doesn't have a problem. The hotel is close to public transport and shops. I cooked my own food because food in restaurants was expensive for me 😸So I would have just appreciated more dishes (I only had one pot). Nothing to complain about, I had a good time here.
