We stayed at George's apartments 3 nights, and had a fantastic time. The location is amazing right next to the sea, taverns, coffee shop and mini markets. Mrs Litsa and Mr Babis who run the apartments are super hosts, they treated us like family, they are very friendly, polite and very warm people, they brought us every day local greek food and really went out of their way to make us feel at home. The apartment was super clean, super comfortable ! We really loved our stay with Mrs Litsa and Mr Babis, and highly recommend the place ! thanks again for making us feel at home !

The beds and pillows were very hard, the door to the bathroom was hard to close and very noisy, one of the bedroom doors didn't close because the bed was too big, on the last day there was no warm water, the AC didn't work everywhere, not all the plugs worked and so on...they could update many things in the apartments but at the end, for us it was worth the stay.

The owners were the kindest people ever. They cooked for us every day and even when we were leaving, they gave us a lot of gifts. It was really nice to eat real greek food from a local. The apartment has a nice view to the sea and it's very close to the beach where you can find nice beach bars that are not too loud but also more secluded places.

We are a couple who visit a lot of places, so we've been using Booking for some time now, but this is the first time something like this has happened to us. On our arrival the hosts were so happy to see us, they made us feel like we were not arriving at a rented apartment, but we were visiting our parents: with hugs and kisses! They were expecting us to be hungry, so they had brought us cooked food, fresh vegetables and fruit, olive oil, they even bought sweets from the market so we have everything we need. This made us feel so welcome! The apartment is very spacious and looks like a real home, not like a rented place. It makes you feel welcome and that you belong there. There is no 'cold hotel vibe' or anything like that. You have the impression that you came back home from a long visit somewhere. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, mugs and everything you could need. There are 2 balconies (a huge one on the bedrooms part) and a huge one on the kitchen part. I suggest you have your coffee on the kitchen balcony in the morning as the sun burns on the other one. The beds were a little uncomfortable for our taste, but we are not going to lower this perfect 10, by just a small detail. The hosts would come around the house every day and would greet us if they would see us on the balcony, they were always super friendly and nice and wanted to make sure we have everything we need. At our departure, we received a lot of wonderful gifts of products made by them from their garden and they had even cooked breakfast for us! I loved the apple-nut pie! <3 <3 <3 All in all we felt like home, we were welcomed with such warmth and love, it feels like 10/10 is just too little for this beautiful home! Thank you for everything, our dearests, we would definitely stay here again! <3

A minor point for us was the lack of settee for evening relaxation.

We stayed in a first floor apartment with a stunning view of the sea and coastline of Kalamata and Mani to the south. A nice beach just two minutes walk away, where we even saw a turtle. The apartment had three bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen / diner. It is traditionally furnished and well equipped - a large fridge, washing machine plus many kitchen appliances and ample crockery. We were welcomed with cooked food (ratatouille), olives, and juice on arrival plus biscuits and cakes! And Mrs Litsa surprised us with her provision of several evening meals and breakfast items! She gave us generous gifts of her family's produce when we left too.

the location was perfect, waking on the morning to the sound of waves, looking out to the beautiful beach. the apartment had two bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. bathroom had a powerful shower, toilet sink and a handy washing machine. there was also a balcony at the front and a terrace at the back. the hosts were absolutely amazing, they not only changed bedding and towels every 3 days but brought us fresh figs, olives, ouzo, grapes and oranges as well as proper home cooked meals from time to time. it really felt like we were their guests rather than us just renting their accommodation. so welcoming and friendly, one of the best trips to Greece ever and they definitely contributed to that.

Everything was just perfect!

No doubt, the best landlords ever. I could write here the whole page, but for sure it wouldnt express enough my feelings to Litsa & Babbies. Apartment was perfect and their hospitality were amazing. They welcome us with the fresh vegetables, cookies, and other stuff in the fridge (juices, candies...). Litsa cooked 2 times for us (we stayed only 5 days) , the gorgeus mussaka and the pasta and the lamb. They provide cipuro, wine & olive oil - and also add a couple of bottles as a gift! And finally they told us to stay one more night for FREE! We travelled accross the Europe, met a lots of landlords, but these guys are relly THE BEST!!!

The property needs some renovation, although the exterior is very nice Garden and flowers, all over the parking lot Also is kind of misleading regarding the pictures But compensate with the kindness of the owner
