The hotel is in a very nice olive garden. There were little dogs that my son liked a lot. I felt like in a very nice farm. Breakfast was good. They served Turkish tea😊

The time period they served breakfast was between 8:00-9:30; they could offer breakfast for a longer period. Breakfast was kind of limited in terms of "menu" items. e.g. no cereals, scrambled eggs or toast.

I was lucky enough to have one of the newest rooms. Had a balcony with nice view of the sea. Staff was friendly. A couple of times I visited the place they served breakfast during the day and the woman there was kind enough to serve me greek coffee (even though the place was closed). At some point there was some uncertainty whether or not I'd be able to travel back home, and Alexandros (the person managing the place) made sure that in that case they'd extend my stay and reserved a room for me (just in case).

Location is not suitable for us. Yes, property is near the sea. But there is no activity in property area.

We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the super welcoming and helpful staff. They were available to solve our transportation problem and with their suggestions on where to go in the island. Our roomd were very clean and well decorated, overall the vibe is very relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast was also quite nice with a good selection of food. The hotel also has a cute little beach in front which we also enjoyed. We would really like to go there again to stay for a longer time. Thanks to Alex and his staff again for amazing hospitality!

I just want to give a suggestion, not as a negative. Maybe it would be nice if there was a pool. We will find the opportunity to spend more time in this beautiful place :)

The location is far from the center - but the perfect place to find peace. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The facility has a great setting. Among the olive trees, you listen to the silence. If I were to go again, I would like to stay longer in the same place. Thanks for everything.

People of Perama village may not look very friendly but we had no serious problems. The people next door had a dog barking occasionally, it was disturbing to be waken up by a dog in the middle of the heavenly silence.

The whole facility was clean and organized. The view of the bay was amazing. Decoration of the rooms and comfort were very good. That's why we extended our stay there. Madam Sophia was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very close to the sea. There are also nice places to eat around. Next time, we will choose that piece of heaven in the Bay of Gera again.

Good location with good tavernas a short (5-10 mins) drive. Loved hearing the donkey! Regular cleaning. Lovely sea view. Great shower.

One night stay during a longer holiday based in Petra. We booked this as it looked secluded and it definitely was. No noise at all except the birds and the (sometime excitable!) donkey in the Olive Grove. The stone flooring, wooden beams and not-pine furniture made it slightly more unusual compared to the "typical Greek Island" room. The nearest taverna would be walkable but it wasn't open in May. No problem though as we drove to a mini market in the nearby village and bought something. Would definitely stay again and is an excellent place to really get away from it all.

The place is not recommended for someone who wants to be near the hotspots like the city of Mytilene, Molyvos and other landmarks. A vehicle is needed for sure. Many mosquitoes. Didn't have warm water.

. The property is located in Gera's bay which is 35 minutes away from Mytilene, surrounded by a very relaxing scenery. A place recommended for someone to enjoy nature. Simple space, not for someone who is looking for luxury. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, plus with a great view. We were totally satisfied with it. What is more, within the property were two donkeys, a horse, some cats and a dog which we befriended and adored. All very friendly.

Alexandros was a very friendly host. One of us has a glutenallergy and he brought different glutenfree thing to eat for breakfast. Also brings a different snack at breakfast besides the buffet. Aks him for some nice places to visit and hell gladly help you out.

I think for the price it was less than what I expected, maybe the breakfast should have included for 50 euros per night for a single person. The balcony and the view is great but its connected to the balcony next door with no privacy. if you leave the balcony doors open you can be face to face with your neighbours. You definitely need a car, you cannot walk anywhere.

The room was nice decorated and it was super clean. Balcony was large and table was solid with nice chairs. View was very peaceful. Overall olive grove was a cool scenery.
