Mr Giannis was a very hospitable person...We had what we need.The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable!!!Our stay was worth it 100%. Also the hotel has one addition pool(2 pools) I will highly recommend to book in for Giannis Village Hotel if you are going to visit Astakos!

An amazing resort which has many amenities but above all it has a very friendly owner......the view from the balconies is amazing and the place is really quiet in case you need to retreat for some privacy

Couldn't stay longer

Location perfect stop from 17. 30 ferry from Kefalonia .Delightful welcome by George to his modern well appointed hotel. Lovely view over harbour and sunset. Easy access by car for dinner at restaurant on sea front.

We were visiting off-season so there where no breakfast available, but we were provided with crackers, butter and jam, which was nice:)

New and clean family hotel with beautiful view! Two swimming pools with a pool bar. The stuff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful!

The view over the town and bay is beautiful but if you don’t have a car, do be prepared for a big walk back uphill from the the township if you leave the property.

The staff were honestly the happiest and nicest people I have come across! Really cared about making sure we were happy during our stay. We only stayed one night but was great spot to stop over, particularly by the pool.

The property was amazing there is nothing to not like.

The location was perfect, next to the little town of Astakos. Rooms were beautifully renovated and new. The rooms were very big with a big balcony. The room had a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, wonderful new tech air conditioner, a big balcony with an amazing view and a great pool area!! The owners were very amazing and helpful!

The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped. It is quite a hike up to the resort from the town, especially on a hot day.

Very nice resort on the hillside overlooking Astakos. Friendly owners and easy-going atmosphere. Some of the apartments have their own pool. We were grateful for the friendly reception, early check in and luxurious villa with pool on the top of the resort.

Nimic de reprosat

We stayed only one night, here we decided to stop on our way to Kefalonia. We were greeted by Mr. Vasilis who led us to the spacious and very well equipped room and showed us where we can park the car. Large swimming pool, and in the evening it is beautifully lit, the cottages look very good, some of them are even recently built and furnished. From the room I had a very beautiful view of the sea. We liked it very much the accommodation conditions and the hospitality. Thank you Mr. Vasilis for hospitality.

From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel extremely welcome. They took us personally to our apartment which had the most amazing view. The apartment was well equiped and comfortable. Very boutique accommodation with lovely pool area with an outlook to the sea and mountains. Nothing was too much trouble and they shared their family stories and we even were given home grown cucumbers on our departure. Hospitality plus. The owners are investing a great deal on the property and the works are continuing- this was not a bother though!!

Everything is fresh and nice. Some parts of the hotel were still under construction, but it still allowed us to enjoy the place in full.
