The room did not have a hot tub as advertised, only a shower which was very small and leaked water onto the floor. The room itself was pretty small and crowded with two suitcases. The road up to the hotel is quite narrow and it's not very clear upon arrival where to park.

The hotel and room were beautiful, with many antique objects and a quaint and charming style. The breakfast was exceptionally generous - especially since it was only the two of us staying there at the time so we got the whole buffet to ourselves! Our host Felicity greeted us warmly in person and provided a lot of information about the area, as well as leaving us a hand-written note in the room with some sweets and drinks.

While the room exuded warmth and charm, boasting a cozy fireplace that added a touch of romance to the ambiance, I found that the ventilation was not as effective as one would hope. Each time I added wood to the fire, a cloud of smoke would permeate the room, causing a temporary inconvenience. It took at least an hour for the smoke to dissipate, disrupting the otherwise seamless tranquility of the space. Despite this small drawback, the overall experience at Gioraldi Art Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary.

Beautiful place with beautiful and comfortable room. Great breakfast and amazing staff. I read here before a lot about Christina and found out that all is true, she is so kind and welcoming. It was the perfect place to end long days of traveling in the area. Very recommended!

1. The walls isolation can be better. We could hear noises from the rooms nearby. 2. They offer only "filtered coffee" in their breakfast. We expected broader variety, including ones that are made in a high quality coffee maker.

Everything has a first-class flavor. The hotel architecture looks amazing and provides a unique atmosphere. The staff is great, Christina in particular, and was super helpful with regard to anything we needed.

The only thing that made fell a bit less comfortable was the size of the room and the bathroom. The space was pretty tight I found my self not wanting to stay in the room for long and kind of feeling a bit uncomfortable when taking my bath, but I wasn't there to stay in my room all the time anyway so no big deal I guess.

A truly beautiful hotel built in a very nice village. I think it's in the right place if you want to be somewhere that it's not very busy but it's also close to the other villages of Zagori. The rooms but also the rest of the facilities were very clean and beautiful. I mean, thank you for building such a cozy place. The staff was very helpful and very kind always smiling and made us feel very welcomed from the time of our arrival until we left. Thank you very much for everything.

It was unexpectedly hot and there is no air-condition in the area in general. Late at night it was lovely again and we got funs in the rooms, so it was really fine. Maybe a week during the year they have this problem, so its not a big deal. Hosts were super helpful and made their best for us to feel good.

It was absolutely wonderful! First, the balcony / garden is magical with the hosts a lovely and extremely nice people - it was great just talking to them and have some good relaxing time. Traditional lovely place and very quiet. Breakfast and rooms were great. And the whole village is a good location for traveling the area, with nice restaurants open until late at night. !Ohhh, you must taste the homemade gams

Since it is traditionally built. The bathroom was a bit small. First floor, has no view (some windows are facing the inner garden) The way to the hotel is very narrow and the parking is a bit far.

A new resort built traditionally. Very well maintained in the upper part of the village. Every thing is though of. The staff is very helpful and kind. Rooms are big but have a lot of things in them, so they don't feel that big. Good A/C, good breakfast, with home made pies, all kinds of eggs and freshly squissed orange juice. Nice places in the inner garden to sit and relax. Location is comfortable for trips to the northern part and also for the Eastern part of Zaguria

Very good location in the middle of Zagorochoria, very polite and hospitable staff, and really comfortable facilities. Everyone went above and beyond to please us, the location is very convenient for all the popular villages around, and our room and the whole hotel were adorned by great antiques and paintings.
