Everything was great. Nice little cozy apartment.A/C units in bedroom and living room/kitchen.Fully equipped with oven, hobs, microwave, grill etc. The bed was super comfy.Lots of storage space as well. Balconies with a view of the sea, Zavia beach is a 3 minute walk. Nice gardens to chill out Syvota centre a 5 minute drive with shops, super markets, pharmacy etc. The beaches in the area are amazing.

Nothing in particular. Only the furniture are bit dated and lot of mosquitos in the area (but luckily the flat has the anti mosquitoes nets in all the windows!).

Owners were super kind and available. Good position if you have a car. Nice garden with lot of sitting areas. Good privacy.

Wonderfull house with wonderfull ovners. We get in deluxe apartment with stunning seaview and 4 terraces!!! Parking for car always in shadow, 200m to Zavia beach and 350m to Mega Amos beach both easy walkable. Every 3 days your apartmant will be cleand. Very nice garden with lot of flowers. There are 2 air con in our apartment and moskito net on all windows. Best location to stay in Sivota. 15 min by foof to city center. We walk every night with baby in troly. Special thanks to Evan and his mother.

Every was Ok

The atic apartment (Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View) was one of the best places where I have stayed. The apartment is in a quiet neibourghood, 300m from Zavia Beach, but also close (with car) to other beaches. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, it has 3 balconies, 2 of them have see view. The balcony doors have mosquitos courtains. It has separate bedroom and living room with a kitchen and a dinner table.The kitchen was fully equiped. The bathroom was big, with washing machine. The courtyyard was big, with flowers, green grass and many places for siting. It also has free parking places for guest cars. There is free wi-fi internet, but also they have a 4G device for internet hotspot, which you can bring with you while outside. The manager of Giovani apartments - Evan was really nice, kind, comunicative guy. We had to shorten our stay and he has accepted this with reasonable offer. The last day, when we were leaving, early in the morning, Evan has came to say goodbay. I highly recommend this accomodation

Comfortable in every point of view. Clean room. Close to the port, center, taxi, supermarket and bakery. Easy way to reach the beaches. Very kind housekeeper. There is also a barbeque in the yard. Beautiful garden. An ideal place for visiting Sivota and Parga.

It was an amazing stay with a wonderful, warm and friendly family who do everything to make you feel at home. Our hosts Evan and Vivi recommended us wonderful restaurants and entertainment not only in Sivota, but also for nearby places. The apartment is big and clean. It has everything you need. What can I say about the garden - you are simply in Paradise. Huge, well maintained with a variety of plants and many places to rest. The proximity of 200 m to the nice Zavia beach and the center of Sivota are ideal for a walk. Highly recommend, and we will certainly visit again.

The garden is spectacular! So many nice furniture, flowers and fruits right there in the garden to be enjoyed. The owner family is very nice and hospitable, they all did as much as possible to make our stay enjoyable.
