Wonderful hotel and warm hospitality! Such a terrific value! 1 minute to the ferry to kefalonia or Zakynthos. Fantastic breakfast with so much variety and hot food items. Terrific restaurants nearby and many of them are family owned and operated. This is an exceptionally well maintained hotel at bargain prices.

The room was cold and moist, smelled like mold and one of the towels had a red stain on it.

Location was perfect for catching the 7:45 ferry to Zakynthos. And the balcony had a nice view. Reception was welcoming.

No hot water. Tried at night and morning no luck. Left water running but never got hot. Staff unwilling to help with any sort of partial refund as requested. Had cycled for 6 hrs and could have used the shower for sure.

We liked everything about it

What a big WOW. My wife & I was so surprised with this hotel, the owners Maria & her mum & dad. what wonderful people these are, they treated us like part of their family. Maria has a heart of gold, she will do anything to help you. The breakfast was amazing, everything laid out. bread, spreads ,jams & honey with fried bacon & eggs plus coffee or tea. If anyone is going to stay in Kyllini then you stay at this hotel as you will not be disappointed.

Managers and workers of the hotel have not been friendly with us. Looked like they didn’t want us there. the entire hotel smells bad. not possible to pay with card or PayPal in Booking.com. only bank transfer. we kindly ask to have breakfast at 7.15 instead of 7.30 because of our ferry. the breakfast was there, ready but they didn’t allow us to take anything because as the girl said “this is my job and you can’t eat before 7.30” Not recommended

For short stays the property is ideal. If I was looking to stay longer I would have liked a small gym.

The hotel areas and rooms were spotless. Staff and management very accommodating and friendly. Our morning started with Greek delicacies from the breakfast buffet. I had the best free range eggs, Greek honey and the most delicious orange juice I’ve ever tried! Don’t forget to try the scrumptious variety of pies. Location is excellent.

Everything, lovely clean comfortable hotel in a very hood location close to the port. Maria on reception went above and beyond her role. Maria planned our onward journey, gave advice and booked our taxi for us. Would liked to have stayed longer. Nice town, typically Greek with a good choice of restaurants. Very good breakfast.

I arrived very late , Reception was awesome checking me in , I had a big boat on a trailer and I was told to park in the car park at the rear. I was guided in superbly, I asked if I could get food and was told they will phone a nearby restaurant STIVAS, He stayed open and produced a fine meal in minutes, by now well past midnight. Breakfast in the morning was superb, I couldn't find a fault with this hotel totally 5*****

The smell of the hotel inside was disgusting because of the cats, in the room it was okay, it was clean. The breakfast was not so good, I dont recommend.

I could not get the heating to turn on and the room was freezing, as I arrived late and was only there for one night I didn’t bother asking the hotel for help with the problem but if I had I’m sure they would have sorted it for me.
