There are some wastes like paper, cartoon, package in the garden and on the beach which don't suit the beauty of the scene

I'd like to thank the ladies at the reception, they carried our heavy luggages to our room downstairs.

The quiet position in the village , the confort of the hotel just in front of the beach. Kind staff, good food in the restaurant.

The beach could be a bit more cleaned as the first day there was cups and spoons on the beach chairs, also some chairs could be replaced as they were broken.

The bed was very hard and no tea/coffee making facilities in room. No decaf coffee option at breakfast.

Great location by a shallow, Sandy beach with a pool. Walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Bus stop outside to get into Chios Town and other locations on the island. Large fridge in room. Extensive breakfast.

Rooms decor was quite old, but everything else made up for this.

Great family hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were great, especially the pool next to the beach. The restaurant was excellent! We had the buffet on the first night and were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food. The alacarte menu was also really good, some of the best pizza I have had.

The hotel was a little bit old but the problem was the technically poor. They have to pay attention a little bit more for the room facilities and Technical problems

The only negative thing was the pool was not open till 11 am, which is nearly mid-day. We have a very limited time for vacation, a few days, and our 3 year old kid gets up very early. It was so hard to keep him away from the pool till it is open. They say it is because of chemicals but they should do it during the night and it should be ready early in the morning.

The location was great, close to both airport and the port. There was a bus station just in front of the hotel towards the port. It has beach and a swimming pool. The staff was kind and friendly. We had half board, breakfast was a buffet and the dinner was fix menu. The food was delicious. The hotel in total is really old but clean. They may think about starting renovation partially. :) as a result, If l"ll go to chios again, l will definetely think about staying in the same hotel.

Overall the whole hotel needs to be freshened up, everything felt a bit unclean. the bath tub was very old and should be replaced. The curtains were mouldy. The safe had expired batteries and didn't work. The balcony furnace should be replaced as well.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, it is a beautifull property very suited for families. The room was very spacious and especially the balcony was huge. Thank you for providing a baby bed for us! The balcony offers view of the beach, the garden, the pool,.. Breakfast was okay but we missed good coffee, some fruits. There was a private parking and also a charging poal for electric cars

Near to the beach, breakfast was also well. They upgraded the room to a seaview one.

Don't book half board, because the food choice is then extremely limited. Many waiters don't speak another language than Greek; all depends on the day and the time you enter the restaurant. We got once a (incredibly oily) meal with neither meat/fish nor dessert. The following evening, things were perfect. Eat a la carte (they close around 9pm however) or - much better - at Taverna Pinaleaon nearby.

Nice place, if you have to spend a night between two ferries or between flight and ferry. Good sandy beach with chairs and umbrellas for free. Nice view over the Chios channel to the Turkish mainland (Cesme Peninsula). Very good breakfast.

the umbrella and sun bed qty at beach must be increased we have used the next hotel beach as there were no space

the location was great, were many options to eat and also very close to the center, the beach was ultra fine for the babies, breakfast has enough options, the facility is old but was bot a problem for me, air condition system (cooling) most probably renewed, we slept confortably in hot season
