Giorgio is super responsive, friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to an apartment closer to the port. It was clean and perfect for getting to the port easily (walking!). We were 5 people and arrived at different hours. He organised by brother's pick up and opened the doors of the building/apartment for him in the middle of the night so I wouldn't have to get out of bed! I would certainly recommend! Thank you, Giorgio!

The kitchen was very small, the pull out bed took up most of the living room space so not ideal for four people if your staying a long time.

It was a good location to the port with lots of supermarkets nearby. It had good cooking facilities and the bedroom has a lot of space.

We only stayed one night each side of visiting the islands so the second bedroom wasn't a problem. If youre staying longer, Maybe? I'm only being super fussy.

Location was good, a good 10 minute walk to the harbour, depending on how much luggage you have! Giorgio is a wonderful host, very helpful and great communication. There is an honesty policy with the fridge contents, a cold drink was very much appreciated on arrival. He arranged to give us lift to the airport and was a delightful tour guide! Pointing out places of intresest and a scenic coastline drive. Thanks Giorgio, it was much appreciated.

the grouting around the bath and tiles was very mouldy and black in urgent need of cleaning.Hairs on the toilet seat Access was difficult at night with the unclear access code

There was some strange smell in the apartment, especially in the bathroom.

The apartment was near port which was good for our purpoise. There was room for four people as we needed.

It was advertised and supposed to be a two bedroom apartment but it was 1 bedroom and a living room with a small kitchen. TV was connected with Netflix and this is as an extra. Used the couch as a second bed. Also the apartment could be in a better situation as the bath.

The stuff was polite and fast answering when I asked for the check in.

Giorgio is a gracious host. There is an honesty system and coldrinks and waters in the fridge. it felt like coming home.

I booked here because I needed a private room to do some work (zoom meetings) and somewhere to stay while waiting in between ferries, as Blue Star changed the departure time of my ferry. I couldn’t find a coworking space so taking a room was my next best option. I have stayed at this owner’s properties before so that’s why I chose this place and I reached out to him 2 days before. I explained that I needed the room from 9.30am-2pm prior to booking and paying and he advised that this was all ok. I paid the same as 1 night. Unfortunately when I arrived at 9.55am there were still guests in the room who didn’t check out until 11am. The room then had to be cleaned so I didn’t get into the room until 11.45am. I ended up missing my work meetings because I couldn’t find a quiet/private place to go which was highly inconvenient. This was very disappointing as I paid full price (the same as a night’s stay) and only got to use the room for a couple of hours and totally missed my work - which was the point of the booking it. I was disappointed that the owner didn’t contact me beforehand to advise me of this. He did apologise and said that they got a last minute reservation the day before - which made me feel like my booking was worthless. I would understand if I had only paid a few euros and he was doing me a favour but he charged full amount.

It was relatively close to the port and other facilities, easy to find and the host was an extremely good communicator. it felt like a home and all the facilities were great!

was totally not clean. there was even a cockroaches. it was rented for 4 and there was one bed. for the other two we had to find out ourselves which coach we had to unfold and make up.
