We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BulgariaTo small shower cabins. Difficult to move inside. If the room is located over the kitchen, is too noisy during the evenings and the early mornings.
Great location of the hotel. In 5 min from the beach which was also excellent. Just between Paralia Katerini and Olipiaki Akti, so great for walking in the two directions. Nice food and positive stuff. All the hotel and the rooms were very clean. Great garden with a pool.

IrelandThe food variety in the morning was very light and for dinner same but in one occasion was ok. the dinner hours too tight and if you got after 7.15 pm a lot of food types were not available anymore. Also a bit pricey at the pool bar bht they had good cofee.

BulgariaFirstly - the food!!! The cheapest and low quality food we have ever tasted in Greece! No variety, every day the same food, especially for breakfast! The whole family had stomach pain and acids during the whole stay! Secondly - the sleep! Very hard mattresses with high pillows. No additional low pillows in the wardrobe left. Thirdly - the furnishing! Old and smelly furnitures. The smell is an awkward and strong combination of an old wood, mold and sea moisture. Fourthly - the bathroom! Small bathroom with very narrow shower cabin. And of course - the awful smell of the canalization (we were at the ground floor). Last but not least - the air conditioner wasn’t working even when the balcony door was closed. With 32°C and mosquitoes (no safety nets on the balcony door) it wasn’t the nicest stay. The last one - tiny walls, you can hear when your neighbors are in the toilet. It seems that the hotel is build especially for weddings and it may turn out that you are a non-official guest to someone’s wedding. It is fine, but you can’t skip the music and the late night noise.
The staff was very nice and polite and the room and the surrounding area was clean.

BulgariaThe only thing we didn't like was the sleeping part. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were too high! Also, there were only one upper sheet and nothing else. We had to cover ourself with the decorative cover of the bed at night.
The location was nice, close to the beach and a 20min walk away from Paralia and Olimpiaki Akti. The breakfast and dinner were great as well, There were a variety of different dishes for the different tastes of the guests. The green area and the pool were very nice decorated. The room was clean and the bathroom was okay too. Overall, very calm environment around the hotel.

AustraliaThe room facilities were not four starts. Small rooms with miniature showers, somewhat dated. The shower drain was semi blocked, overflowing even with a quick two minutes showers. The food inclusions were below standard, particularly the quality and variety of dinners. The location description is misleading. The complex is several hundred meters from the sea shore/beach, plonked in the midst of the agricultural land. I will not be rushing back to stay at this property again. not good value for money for sure.
Pool area is well maintained. However, the description is misleading and overall the hotel is not four star as advertised. At best, two star quality with limited food offering.
