We like to put our mobiles and tablets away on holiday, but it is impossible when the hotel menus and details need to be downloaded. This was quite frustrating being forced to use our phones when we did not want to. The food was quite limited in the main restaurant, the cheese selection was poor, and the desserts were depleted and not replaced. Breakfast was so busy it was hard to get any staff members attention and requests made were forgotten. Getting a booking in the other restaurants available proved difficult due to availability. I would not expect to que at a bar in a 5 star hotel but this happened on several occasions. Table service seemed unavailable. This did prove difficult for me having mobility issues. Saying that though the bar staff were helpful but did seem overworked. Perhaps a few more staff members would sort this issue.

The room was lovely and spacious. The cleaning staff were very efficient. The food was good though limited. The location was great for getting to different places. The sea view is lovely.

Didn't like leaving to come home. They really looked after us so well .

Everything was fabulous. Just got home today . Got a beautiful sea view room ,champagne and cake brought to my room as it was our wedding anniversary. Food was lovely and staff super friendly, couldn't do enough. Great location and on the beach, didn't even need to bring a beach towel as they provide them also . Highly recommend to anyone thinking of going. Looking forward to returning with my family.

On site parking very limited. A few tired areas in the bathroom required a little maintenance.

After booking the Mitsis Grand, we had a few questions, these were answered quickly and proficiently . Upon an early arrival we were met with a warm, professional, helpful team, who informed us that our room wasn't quite ready, but we could use all the facilities available. Perfect! Buffet restaurant immaculate. Top quality foodn beverages and service on offer were excellent and we immediately felt relaxed in a lovely environment. Our room was beautiful, and such a wonderful fragrant smell invited us in! The bed oh so comfortable and the all inclusive minibar was a lovely touch. Also, the singers who were performing that evening were amazing! We sadly only stayed one night(it was fully booked for the duration we wanted- no wonder!) But we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The indoor pool should have been heated almost nobody used it and the outdoor pool was cold too - but bearable once in with the sun on you. One breakfast we had the "breakfast police" lady at the door refusing to let us in 1 minute late claiming they were clearing up but they weren't. The Asian restaurant got very booked as few tables but no ambience or Asian decor in there and the staff could have been more attentive. Asian menu a nit sparse. Beach mostly too windy but other side of island no wind. Pillows a bit hard and too spongy.

Fully inclusive was excellent quality. You could get food from 9 different places and some of it 24 hours. The poolside pancakes were yummy. Plenty of sunbeds and you could ask for more from the store roo . Reception staff incredibly helpful and waiters inside the main restaurant lovely and attentive. Lovely and close to the stunning town.

Beds were a bit random in terms of comfort (we had two rooms) but the staff were great and offered different pillows. A smattering of calf tattooed men working the bars hard and walking across the lobby bare chested, most with the obligatory sun burnt faces.

Location is perfect, ten minutes walk from the Old Town and new town. Buffet restaurant very good with great sea views. Asian restaurant very good food. Evening live music very good finishing up at 10.30 or 11pm which was great. Staff super helpful.

The door jamb was too high, there were too few electrical outlets in the room (to charge phones, to use computer, hair dryer etc.)

The food and drinks were very diverse and delicious available practically around the clock at the bars and restaurants, the outside swimming pool was warm and clean, the view from the window opened to the sea, in the evenings there was music-dancing show offered, performers were different, not everyone was equally liked, it was pleasant, that no children noise could be heard throghout the stay

Though luxurious, the property has got old and it’s visible if you really look closely. Not a big deal, but some renovation will restore it to its full glory.

It’s an all inclusive luxurious hotel. The staff was very friendly and service oriented. Food was great in buffet as well as other restaurants. Location is simply the best.

Toilet and bar were missing from the beach. Bar staff was professional, but not very friendly or talkative though. The general level of the hotel was not worth of 5 stars.

Location was good. Breakfast was great as was mexican restaurant and creperie. Hotel was very clean. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Beauty salon had enough selection in threatments and staff was friendly.

The gym was disappointingly small, and it was disheartening to discover that many of the pieces of equipment were out of order. Additionally, the sunbeds appeared worn and uncomfortable, warranting a renewal, and perhaps a higher quality selection should be considered to match the hotel's overall high standards.

Despite being somewhat tired, the room was spacious and comfortable. We dined at all the restaurants located near the pool as well as the main dining room, and the food was outstanding. The entire staff were accommodating and friendly, ensuring we felt incredibly welcomed throughout our stay.

The property is very old, some parts of the tubs are damaged. We heard fron the staff that the owner is going to demolish the hotel and build a new one and that’s probably one reason they are not doing a good job in maintenance
