We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandRoom was shabby. Old, dirty carpet. There were caps on the room door between the room and corridor, so there were absolutely no soundproofing what so ever. You could hear everything from the corridor to the room. There is also no heating and the balcony door has also caps, so if the weather is not so warm the cold weather / wind comes straight to the room. Air conditioning was also poor and old with some parts missing from the device. Curtains were ripped from the back side, etc.
Breakfast, restaurants, location and common areas were brilliant. Hotel staff was absolutely amazing, always willing to help with a smile.

United Kingdomon the main floor, there is a distinct lack of toilets. There aren’t any nearby to the main restaurant which means you have a couple of minutes walk each way if you need to go in the middle of your meal. It would be ideal if there were more close by. We also thought that some better quality sub loungers wouldn’t go amiss for a 5* hotel, they were the cheap ones you usually find in a budget hotel. we are just being hyper critical here, if these issues were addressed, the hotel would in our opinion be faultless.
The staff in the hotel are fabulous, all of them. The choice of restaurants during the daytime is amazing with table service at the Greek, Mexican and Grill where you can have lunch or an early dinner. The drinks are very good and the main buffet restaurant for an AI is very good also. The location is fabulous, and the views from a sea view room are to die for. the Italian restaurant in the evening is of a very high standard and the food was excellent.

BelgiumThe only less positive comment on the hotel is the too loud music when the DJ was playing, both at the swimming pool and in the main bar - might be personal preference, but for me takes away the opportunity to relax and enjoy the moment. Other small point, but nothing much the hotel can do about, is the fact that some guests (really a minority) could behave or dress themselves with a bit more respect towards the hotel members and guests, for example going to lunch in the main restaurant with hardly some clothes on, it not really appropriate in my opinion,
Every member of the staff is wonderful, the service is exceptional and outstanding, everyone does a maximum to deliver top service and every request is handled with smile - really exceptional ! And the architecture and all aspects of the hotel are so nice !

Russiawould expect more traditional greek food, appetisers and authentique sweets. choice for wines could be more wide. Rhodes produces some nice sparkling wines by CAIR with quality that could rival some famous brands. But it was not available to taste neither for free nor for pay. Beach area should have towels exchange service at spot.
friendly bar stuff, espresso martini is almost perfect. personnel at reception is extremely fast, efficient and friendly. Check-in was prompt and comfortable.
