We have been to Mitsis several times now, and would say it's even better than before. Such friendly staff, excellent food and drink and a good location. The rooms with sea view are superb.

Rooms are starting to look little dated, but i love the greek theme.

All inclusive was brilliant. Even better was that the restaurants and ALL drinks were free too, and can go more than once. didnt realise it was ultra all inclusive, big bonus. Lovely location, short walk from castle and port. Sea view is great, you can see Turkey, and sometimes see the cruise ships come in. Staff were very polite. 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pools.

Outstanding hotel. Could not fault our stay. Its a short walk into Rhodes or you can book excursions via the hotel. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty to do on site with a great choice of restaurants

The bathroom is a bit outdated and the design

Good food, Great service, Great location close to the old town, and the beach is front the hotel with beds for free Not so vegan friendly. Although I asked for vegan cheese and soy milk and they brought me.

The bathroom in my room was so old, the door and some other staff were peeling off! The sleeping was terrible because of the old used matrasses. I told them that there is a problem with the matrasses and they change them immidiatly with a whole brand new ones, it fainely gave me a wonderful last night sleep. Was very impresed.

Beautiful hotel, loads of facillities, good food and drinkes. Great for big families tho the problem is that they don't have little childrens club, or any activities for them. The staff at the front desk is wonderful.

Buffet dinner was not the best but to be expected. Gym was small and dated. All else was good.

Value for money, room size, food and drink options were more significant than expected, staff were friendly and helpful. The gym and spa facilities were decent and music entertainment was quite good.

location is excellent. just across the road from a private beach and a 15 min walk easy walk to the harbour for booking trips etc. very clean, attentive staff. a la carte restaurants had beautifully presented food especially the pan Asian.

we enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Everything about the hotel was perfect. the staff very helpful with a welcoming smile doing their best. the food was very good in the main restaurant and the ala cart restaurants by the pool. the room was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect for a nice walk by the sea. A short walk to the town and all restaurants and bars .

We asked for connected rooms but they weren't available so we get the presidential suite and it was amazing! All the facilities in the hotel was great and the staff was extremely friendly and kindly 😀 thank you so much! The location is fabulous, 30 seconds from the beach and 10 minutes to the city center.

Super friendly staff- Pavlos from reception, Giannis, Irini, Pelagia, Anastasia and honestly everyone we met were super helpful and nice. Great location right near the old town. Very good value for money.

Everything was great, especially the staff and the way that they treat you . breakfast lunch dinner was really good quality . the reception staff was extremely helpful. if ever come back to Rhodes I will definitely stay at this hotel .

Everything was perfect!

General- Amazing! 4 nights in this enormous 5 stars all inclusive resort, first time with my newborn (3 months) and my wife, and I wish I stayed for more. Staff- Maybe the best customer service I have ever seen (and I travel every month from work), especially Joanna in the front desk who helped us so much to find availability for 1 more night here even though the hotel was absolutely full! She also helped us cancel reservation from another hotel! Thanks a lot Joanna ;) Facilities- Infinite choices of pools(salt water!), bars, music, live music, food, restaurants, and views! Food- So diverse, you need 5 nights just to taste everything and everything is tasty! Location- Can’t ask for better, on the beach but on the same time next to the old city. Rooms- Had a room with a sea view, room is big, bath is spoiling, balcony is great. (Minibar is free!!!) Will definitely book there again on my next time in Rhodes.

Decor a bit tired, and old fashioned. Our room overlooked roofs and air conditioning units, not really a "garden view". Food offering fairly basic, and not great for veggies or vegan, with indoor restaurants lacking in atmosphere. No choice of beers or wine (except colour), though those provided were OK. DJ music by pool a bit loud for us.

Good location, by new town and not far from old town. Hop on, hop off bus stop opposite. Large rooms. Comfy beds, good air con. Mini-bar, regularly replenished. Hotel beach opposite. Towels provided. Very clean. All-inclusive is excellent value. Queues at bar not too long. Good choice of spirits. Beer and wine provided reasonable. Atmosphere at bars quite good - lively when there was entertainment.

Buffet food was lovely, only thing is that the food needed to be hotter.

Fantastic 6-night stay in Rhodes, beautiful sea view rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff was incredible especially the concierge who were a massive help with sorting our travel-related issues. Antonio was exceptionally kind and provided awesome service by the pool. Delicious cocktails, you must try the restaurants on the property for lunch and dinner.
