CanadaYou feel welcomed from the very first step in the hotel and during all the stay. Staff is just lovely! Very professional, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing, and we feel so recharged after our vacation. Also the hotel is very children friendly, all staff members were communicating with our 2 y.o. kid. A lot of activities were proposed every day for adults and for kids, like zumba, yoga, swimming pool activities, and disco for kids. The food is very tasty with many options to choose from 😋

Italythe inside of the toilets do require a deep clean. they reflected dark stains which was not pleasant to see. I think more information and detail for outside activities should be more available. the staff helped but there was not many options to provide.
food and service was excellent and the entertainment was excellent. the team assisted where they could and ensured we were helped when needed. We felt very comfortable in our room and how the hotel was managed. Food and snacks were always available and it felt like a real holiday. The management and team of the hotel were world class. we left very happy.

ItalyThe beach is small and rocky, not really for children. The swimming pool was occupied by "towels" since 7am while the pool was actually empty, if you get by the pool by 9am (pool open at 10am) there is no way you can get a bed/umbrella. I had two kids, one of them 5 years old but the animation never approached us. Only once at the pool around 3pm, they were not really trying to get kids away from the parents.
The Hotel staff is amazing and super friendly, they really care about the guests and they have great approach to the hospitality. always smiling even if they have long working hours, the restaurant team was the best. Also the food selection was great and the best thing was that FOOD WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE at anytime of the day and night!

AustriaThe double bed's mattress wasn't that comfortable unfortunately. Also the walls in our room seemed very empty! I recommend putting up a few nice pitcures of the hotel/the grounds, since it's really beautiful there! :) Plus that there wasn't WIFI in the rooms, only in public spaces. :( Food was great, but it would be even better with more vegetarian/vegan options! Also that you couldn't lock the public restrooms at the beach bar.
Our stay exceeded our expections by far! Comunication with the hotel was very easy and comfortable over the booking chat option and they really tried their very best to help with all our questions! Then the hotel/grounds/garden and the beach were very beautiful and very well kept. We couldn't get enough of the views! Even tough we had a garden view room we had an amaizing view of the mountains, the garden AND the sea which we enjoyed immenesly! One of the best things though was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff!! Everyone was so nice and courteous, we felt like VIPs all stay long! Special compliments to Giannis and Ioanna from the reception, they were the sweetest people we have met in a long time! We really enjoyed our conversations and they made our stay extra special! We also grew fond of Vivi from the beach bar, she was always enthusiastic and sunny and made the best cocktails! The entertainment all day was excellent as well! There were many options you could choose from and we enjoyed participating. :) All in all we can really recommend staying at Meli Palace to relax! We loved the Food/Snacks/drinks in the All-inclusive package and already miss it!

Israelwhile the outside and public areas are very fine- some of the hallways to the rooms are a bit lackluster. the building itself is a bit old, and you can tell in some places where there are some leaks and cracks. the rooms are fine and properly equipped, but also a bit lackluster. TV in room has basic SD cable.
staff and service were very good. friendly, always available. the location is wonderful for a quiet vacation- the hotel is not near anything! except some orchards and the beach. the beach itself is the highlight- in a natural cove, with a delightful little island a few hundred meters out. clear and calm water. the whole property feels intimate and not over sized- everything is nearby and accessible. food is plentiful and fair, cocktail bar has good variety.

HungaryOnly small issues: Pillows are a bit big for our taste. It is almost impossible to get free sunbeds at the pool area. Queue at dining at the main restaurant if not there at the opening time. The sea is not suitable to play with small children, it gets deep fast and full of rocks and plants, so only good for swimming.
We had a wonderful vacation: Staff is amazing. Food and drinks are pretty good. Entertainment programs are also great. The common areas are very nice and clean. Due to the remote location of the hotel, it was quite and calm.

CanadaThey have since reimbursed us for most of the double charge. It has been a real inconvenience. Although we are aware and understand that mistakes happen. We are fortunate to be able to afford to carry that credit card charge for the last 2 months. Hopefully there might be further system improvements to ensure no one else is in the same situation.
They have followed up on the prior double charge and have tried their best to rectify the situation. I would recommend the resort.

United StatesAll the focus was put on outside the room , nice pool, breakfast , etc and the staff is so kind and tries so hard , but this gets negated when you get to the room... Looks like dorms and shower and bathroom still had someone else's hair in it... If they'd spend a bit less on marble floors and put that money into rooms that would be good. Location too is weird ... Felt like I was going to a mafia compound...

CyprusHotel needs renovation. The beach is sandy and nice, but inside there are rocks, so you needs to have swimming shoes with you better!
Exceptional staff. Very good program of amusement for families, green territory. Food was very good, had variety and even our picky kids were happy!
