- The parking is not accessible from the hotel and the entrance was so narrow that we chose to walk to a few places.

+ Staff would do anything to make you feel comfortable. + 4 swimming pools for all ages (including indoor pool) + Play room with activities to engage the kids + Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach for guests + Toys and all sort of kits for children available to use + Great breakfast

the stairs in the room are very narrow. I would have liked the room keys to be a card.

We changed rooms after the first night because the seating area outside our apartment was tiny & people walking past on a busy pathway could see directly into the room. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful. Our second room was much quieter. The staff were so lovely & helpful.

I loved the location, the swimming pool & the beach being directly across the road. It was gorgeous.

The pool is at the front of the hotel, and there is a road between the hotel and the beach so it can be a little noisey with traffic when lying by the pool. The sunbeds on the beach do not have thick cushions so are not as comfortable as the pool ones. Music is played in the restaurant from the start of breakfast (7am I think) and if you are in the sea view suites, you can hear it. Sensitive sleepers might want to book a different room. The shower in the room kept going very hot and then cold and the shower head is tiny.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and could not be more helpful. The pool was lovely and clean and refreshing, and the sunbeds had thick cushions and were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was vast and tasty. The room was spacious.

Bathroom appliances were more or less falling apart. Located quite far from city center - need taxi to get there; on the good side a ride to the center costed 5€ (standard). I had the feeling it was overpriced.

I was given a different room to the one I paid for on the first night. I arrived late and tired and it had creepy crawlers but the next day they swiftly moved me to a great room

We had a brilliant stay. Amazing location. Good facilities and we really liked staying in a smaller hotel for a change. Staff were amazing - in particular eleni at breakfast. Just has a good vibe abs good decor

- rooms need renovation, not exactly like pictures - no place to hang wet clothes - bathroom was a bit too small - cleaning mostly happened after midday when we needed the room - not hotel’s fault but often sea had dirt and as a couple preferring swimming in the sea it was disappointing - our towels never got changed and we couldn’t risk dropping them on the floor as cleaning was late and we could need them

Unfortunately I broke my leg during our stay in the hotel. As I couldn’t attend a single (paid) breakfast, my husband brought me coffee to the room. It was 15min after breakfasttime and we had to pay for it extra. Also he was told he has to bring back the tableware afterwards by himself. Due to the emergency situation we were in, this left a bit bad aftertaste.

The team was very kind & friendly and we really felt very welcomed! Great location with a wonderful clean and not crowded (in may) sandy beach right across the street. Very nice familyrun meze restaurant and a supermarket next door. The rooms offer good space, some with quite many stairs to/in the rooms. Beautiful pool & architecture. We enjoyed our stay very much!

even though bathroom was comfortable and very clean, it lacked the contemporary design you’d expect in a 4-star hotel, it was still a wonderful stay

boutique hotel on the outskirts of old town, perfect pied a terre to explore rethymno area, property and pool area is beautiful and well maintained, rooms have been recently refurnished and Christina & front staff were very helpful and attentive. we had a beautiful sunset view and very spacious room.

The Kitchen in the Studio is not really needed, specially if there is not really anything to cook with. So eather put some more things in the kitchen to actually cook or take it out🙂

Everthing was really nice, from the begining on i stept into that place i felt i was in vacation. The location could not be better.

The beach was dirty and the sea as well(not hotel’s fault of course), the room was quite small.

As vegans, we were missing some plant based options (we informed them in advance and reminded them at arrival). Also sometimes they were not able to answer questions about the food and almost gave us things that had cow cheese in it.

The rooms were clean and we were satisfied overall. Despite it being next to a main street, it wasn't too noisy. The pools were never too crowded and there was easy access to the beach. Staff is mostly kind (especially reception and kitchen was delightful).

Expensive for what you get. The room was okay. It had lots of sloped ceilings which weren't appropriate for anyone over 1.8m tall. The bathroom wasn't practical with a semi wet room caused by an insufficient shower door. Quite far from Rethimno town for things to do, and with a road separating the hotel from the beach meant it wasn't as tranquil as we had hoped.

The communal areas of the pool and restaurant were great. Very clean and classy looking pool. The breakfast was also varied and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Street in front of the resort was busy. And had no designated front street parking, though we could park there to load luggage. Parked our very large van about a block away in a safe, well lit public parking area, next to the taxi parking.

Big rooms for families. Comfy beds. Play room for kids. Nice pools. Across the street from a very nice beach. Walkable to the Old Town and dozens of restaurants. A super market close by… even next door during the summer. Very helpful staff. Good restaurant at the resort. Excellent breakfast included. Agreeable to our gluten free, dairy free needs. Chef went the extra mile for us
