The apartment we were given was not as in the photos from Booking. We were supposed to have two spacious and air conditioned rooms, while we had one decent bedroom and a very tiny room with a very small window and no air conditioner. It was not much clean and I even found a cockroach in the bathroom. We also asked for a baby cot and the one we were given didn’t have a mattress, but only the hard wooden base for the bed. The staff were not aware that they need to provide a mattress, too…

It’s a decent place for the money.

Hotel is very old. Extremely old furniture, doors that can't loon properly. Little room is so small, there is just a litlle bit of natural lighting. The whole room is so tight. It's very noisy. In the bathroom there is not window or the ventilation.

Lady at the reception was very kind, cleaning ladies too. They cleaned every thay and bring clean towels. Location is good and sea view.

Room was not clean, there were flies upon arrival. Bathroom was small and old with falling handles. The bed was old and creaks. The balcony door was very old and was hard/impossible to close/lock it all the way. All furnitures/doors were old in general. The entrance door lock was also a very old one and we had trouble locking/unlocking with the key due to this. Wi-Fi was working only if you are standing up and only if you are right in front of the main door or bathroom, no connection in the other rooms. Price quality is definitely NOT worth it. Save yourself the trouble and pick another place to have your vacation.

We couldn't find the entrance of the hotel because there is no reception desk at all, it is inside a restaurant and we were welcomed by a not-so-nice man. We received the keys and no explanation about anything. The building is old but renovated. The room was not so comfy because there isn't space for anything. We tried to pay with a card, they had issues with the terminal, so luckily we had cash and paid in that way. Overall, they can do better at trying to accommodate their guests.

The location is excellent, it was right next to the beach.

A stay in Holiday Home Tereza was a significant disappointment. It started with key collection and just got worse. We were agreed with the owner that we contact here when we are near, but we did not get a response at all. Since she did neither responded nor we could find the place with Google Maps, we were driving around until we have seen the house. The house exterior and interior do not match the photos at Viber at all. It seems like the house have not been renewed and cleaned since it was built. Firstly, we have to clean the house and all kitchenware. There were just a few pieces of kitchenware that were for use, the rest had so much dirt that we left them in the closets. Fridge was neither cleaned and gas stove did not work normally. Not to mention electricity, especially in bathroom. In the last days, we stopped turning the light on in the bathroom, because someone got electrocuted once. Otherwise, bathroom was acceptably cleaned compared to the rest of the house. The bedding and blankets were full of dust and mites, causing allergic reactions. Since we were told that we would get bed linen, of course we did not bring it with us, and it is also impossible to buy new ones on the island. At least we had our own towels. Also the dining table was not clean and had chairs with fabric seats so they were unusable due to dust. We did not use it at all. Fortunately, there is a wooden table and chairs on the balcony, but if it rains, you cannot eat there. Due to the weather forecast for rain and problems with electricity, we went home early, as we would have nowhere to go. Despite having a parking, it is impossible to park there with a bigger (family) car. There is really not much positive to say and my recommendation is to avoid this place if you have other options.

They have their own parking lot, but it is impossible to park there with a larger (family) car. You are close to the coast, but the beach is elsewhere. You can almost see the sea from the terrace, but your view is obstructed by many obstacles.

Terrible wi-fi, it was not functioning most of our stay! The furniture in the rooms it's unnecessary big. The bathroom is really bad, even though its cleaned regularly its rusty and unpleasant for using.

The staff is very friendly and the place is cleaned every day. All the great beaches are close and there is free parking in the neighbourhood.

-the wifi is either unstable or completely off. There is a massive connectivity problem on the upper floors and the network is not enough for all the rooms. -it was not clear at the description that only one room had air conditioning. The other room had only an old portable fan that blocked the whole small room.

there is no curtain in shower, so it's wet after You wash. Obviously it is not a priority in Greece (to have a proper curtain or glass wall so water drains correctly). The beds could've been more comfy too. Interior is passable.

There are 2 entrances in a building. There's balcony with possibility to dry Your wet towels / swimsuits. Fridge, AC, TV works good. View was Ok.

The location is perfect, no problem with the parking, the hotel is clean and the staff is very kind. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable! The dinner is very delicious and diverse. Great restaurant, great service!

I booked apartment with balcony, and they gave me room with no balcony. I was with 2 small children, paid for room with balcony, and didn't get it. The lady in charge told me that booking made a mistake, and because everything was full, she couldn't provide another room with balcony. My friend booked room in the same hotel, in the same period with balcony and sea view and paid less. On one window there was a very small drier (hanger), we barely could put our beach clothes to dry, for towels and other staff, there was no place. I am very disappointed with the hotel because didn't provide me what I paid for. I've booked many times before through booking and every time I get what I paid and what is described, it was first time that I am this much disappointed.

Location of the hotel is good. It was clean and every day there was a lady that cleaned the room and changing the towels. Staff was pretty helpful, and they provide us some plates and other kitchen staff because there was no kitchen, and we were with baby who needed homemade food preparation.
