My husband and I had the most wonderful experience staying at Grikos Hotel. We had the warmest welcome once we arrived at the hotel, although it was after midnight, we were met by the gracious friendly, Stephanos, Eleni's father, who waited for us at the hotel to welcome us and check us in. The room exceeded our expectation, so beautifully decorated and clean. Very comfortable bed that helped us have a goodnight sleep, nice hot shower, fantastic view from the balcony, and the most delicious breakfast every morning. During breakfast, we were greeted so warmly by Eleni's family, Christina, Michael and his beautiful and kind grandmother too, who makes the most delicious awesome jams we have ever tasted. Michael was very helpful in giving us lots of information on the best places to visit and how to get there too. We felt right at home as if we were visiting our family. We are already planning to visit again. Grikos hotel gets 10 stars from us for their generosity and hospitality.

Grikos Hotel is a very charming Family run Hotel in the Bay of Grikos. 30 mts. from Sea front & two of the Restaurants & about 5 to 10 min. walk from the other two, all with Stunning views. We stayed for 10 nights in May. We were greeted by Eleni who was very welcoming and happy to answer all our queries. Breakfast was served on the roof top terrace overlooking the sea. A great selection of homemade food , made by Maruso ( Eleni`s Mum ) she made all her own jams which included Strawberry, Grapefruit. Citrus ,Wild Cherry, Fig . Apple / Cinnamon , also delicious cakes, yogurt & lots more for Breakfast. Maruso is such a lovely caring person. Dionisis her Husband was always making sure that we were all ok and was there to help with all our needs. He booked our car for us and had it delivered to us on the day. Their grandson Michail was wonderful & very informative about the Island of Patmos. He was always there for a chat at Breakfast & made sure we had everything we needed. After our drive each day it was great to come back to our room which was spotless , thanks to Sofia, we really appreciated all you did to make our stay so comfortable. It was also very good value for our ten days. Thanks to all of you for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Grikos Hotel was in a perfect location and it made our holiday easy and enjoyable. This is the second time l stayed in Patmos . The Bay is beautiful and there are some restaurants . You can walk on the shore . The hotel is in a very nice street one minute walking distance to the sea . There is a large high ceiling entrance welcoming you to the hotel.The owners and managers ; grandma, grandfather and grandson . From the moment we met them ♥️ we felt at home . We asked questions and they answered us . The room we stayed in was big and had everything you want only downside was bathroom is small and a little bit dated . there was a balcony with chairs table and drying hanger. The rooms had a country mountain view . They have terrace with very nice Grikos bay view for breakfast and we had our breakfasts there . Jams are homemade and grandma is making them yoğurt is delicious . Breakfast was enough. We had a lovely 2 days holiday in Grikos Hotel. Thank to Michael and his grandparents . I will recommend my friends if they go to Patmos .

Such was the warmth of experience and comfort of our stay there was really nothing I didn't like except having to finally leave!

The warmth of welcome at this family run hotel. It has an immediate feeling of home. The room was perfect for us, with a small but perfectly sized balcony. The highlight of the day was breakfast on the roof over looking the beautiful Grikos bay. A delicious buffet of fruits pastries and cereals which my favourite was the homemade jams of the matriarch. its location was also perfect set one building back from the seafront. A perfect place to stay close to beaches and walks. No request was ever a problem with great recommendations for places to go to visit or dine and great contacts for a brilliant car hire company.

We had booked and paid for a deluxe double room with balcony. After realising we were not in such a room we tried to explain but were a little fobbed off with the fact we had a bigger triple room ( with what cannot be described as a balcony).We had already unpacked and the room was satisfactory, we were told we could see a deluxe room the next day so clearly one was not available. We were happy to stay in our room but asked for a refund but that became all to difficult! Overall it did not spoil our stay but be aware

The balconies are very narrow without sunshade and do not offer sea view.

The hotel has a great location, only a few steps away from a quiet beach and three restaurants. It is a great starting point for walks to other beaches. The hotel’s interior is very charming, and the breakfast on the roof terrace will please anyone. The owners and the staff were very forthcoming and nice.

The owner of the hotel ( Elena) and the all stuff was very warm and welcoming. She answered all my questions and helped during our journey. The hotel was near by the sea. It was so quiet and lovely place .

Many thanks to Eleni, the hotel manager and his lovely father and the rest of personnel to make us feel home. A truly price/performance cute and comfortable family-run hotel, serving a good Greek breakfast in the terrace with an amazing view of Grikos bay. They assisted us with everything, from great restaurant reservations to delivering prints and scans we required for business. Next time in Patmos, will not fail to stay at the same place.

The hotel’s location is great, in one the greatest bays of Patmos, Grikos. The rooms are so clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms have every tiny detail from tooth brush to slippers.

Located seconds away from the beach, the hotel is family-run hotel is charming and feels like a home. The owners are extremely welcoming and warm and do everything to make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend!

The bathroom was inconveniently small.

The breakfast was great, with satisfying variety, and even certain dishes were handmade by the owners. It was also served on the rooftop balcony, which had a great view of Grikos bay. An absolutely perfect way to start your day! The double bed we stayed was also very comfortable, and finally I have to mention the extremely friendly and helpful staff running the hotel.

Nothing. But maybe for some, the shower could be improved. The temperature or the pressure sometimes is not consistent.

Almost everything. The room, the breakfast, the lovely lobby, and especially the service and staff. This is the first time, of all of my travels, I feel as if I am staying with friends family. They also added nice tough for water and slippers. For the price they charge, this is quite extraordinary. They really try the best to take care of the guests and be helpful. I will definitely return to patmos, since this is such a beautiful island. And when I do, hotel grikos is the one place I will stay.
