Nice and clean apartment just 300 m away from the beach. There is a mini market just a few meters away and the terrace was very cute and offered a nice view.

On arrival we were greeted by the owner, who was very welcoming. The studio is spacious and has everything you need for a stay, and is 3 minutes walk from the beautiful Kini beach. The highlight is definitely the terrace.

Lovely apartment with a little balcony with stunning views down to the sea . Well kitted out and very comfortable. A little kitchenette made it possible to do a little self catering but with lovely well priced restaurants near by . The best being the one owned by our host . Would highly recommend .

Super appartement with very comfy bed. Daily cleaning by very nice lady. We had the sea view room with balcony. It feels brand new. Everything you need is in the appartement. The windows can be blinded during the day which is necessary otherwise it get too hot when you are on the beach. Airco works perfect. Great shower too. The owner, very friendly, has a restaurant with beach beds. It’s in the perfect spot, at the end of the beach to your right. The least amount of wind on a stormy day. Great staff and food. You can reserve a bed and also have breakfast on the beach.

Location is great for a stay in Kini. If want to travel into main city will need transportation. Very nice and quiet part of the island. Staff and people were friendly. Very nice stay here.

Absolutely loved this apartment, it was even better than we expected. The view is incredible and the studio is really well done up. Only a 5 min walk to the beach. Would 100% stay here again.

Eri is the perfect place to stay in Kini. I had the Mountain View apartment with a super large terrace to see the surrounding countryside and only a two minute walk to the gorgeous beach. Costas and his wife were on hand for anything you might want to know, they have a super Taverna at the end of the beach with free sunbeds. Bus stop and mini market close by and bakery to . I would go back definitely.

The location was incredible, a minute walk from the beach, the room was clean and tidy with lots of space and the view from the balcony was stunning. The owners of the accomodation went above and beyond for us and were the MOST incredible people ever. I highly HIGHLY recommended staying in this accomodation. The owners also have a restaurant very close to the accomodation with beautiful food and incredible service.

Excellent comfortable queensize (1.60) bed. Very clean, recently tastefully renovated, modern studio (no.4) with a nice seaview and a sunny afternoon balcony. Good WiFi and Netflix. The owners are a nice couple who also own a seaside restaurant nearby.

Nothing we didn’t like. We had a great stay.

The room was large, tastefully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay - well-equipped kitchenette with a selection of complimentary coffees, nice lighting and a lovely comfy bed, complimentary toiletries and an enormous terrace with sun loungers and chairs and wonderful views across the mountains. The host was friendly and welcoming and the location central within a few minutes walk of the town, beach supermarket etc. Would stay again. Recommended.

I cannot see anything what could be improved ! All was perfect!

Great location for holidays ! We had view to the sea, but also the rooms without view to the sea could be perfect option. Very clean, very comfortable. Close to the beach and tavernas. Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice and new bathroom, with big shower. Bad very comfortable. Room was cleaned every day!

We had a lovely stay at ERI. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the beach and is very clean. The terrace is very nice. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Their restaurant Aeriko is also lovely!
