The hosts were very friendly and informative about the area. They have put a lot of work into the buildings and it shows. Very nice! There is a common area that is very well laid out and well stocked.

Spacious room with a view. Cozy common area with a fully equipped kitchen. Lucas is an exceptional host with knowledge of the area, he gave me some tips for hikes in the area. The location is great - close to Vikos gorge.

Large room good enough for 2 people Kitchen, lounge area, dining area are shared space with other guests but nobody else was there. Nice property and helpful host who can give information about hiking in the area which is why I was there.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The room was one of the cleanest we’ve had anywhere. Shared kitchen, dining room and living room are also clean, comfortable and well stocked. It is a great location for exploring Zagori and Lucas is a wealth of great information with tips on what to see and do! An excellent value!

Everything, we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely guesthouse. Lucas is very friendly and welcoming. He is also a tour guide in the area of Zagori, if you need someone to show you around.

The house is completely rebuilt in an authentic way to the area and offers state of the art electricity, bathroom, kitchen, windows etc. It was spotlessly clean and smelled very pleasant. The kitchen is part of the communal area and is very well equipped to do some serious cooking. Lucas was very helpful in giving tips where to go and easy to chat with. The house is perfectly located at the entrance of the area so you can easily get everywhere. I‘ll be back!

Rooms had fans rather than aircon, which meant they were pretty hot to sleep in - we were there in the middle of summer - probably not an issue in other seasons, but something to bear in mind.

We really like the set up of the place - a good communal gathering area with separate rooms with ensuites. It's in a good location to travel around Zagori and good value for money. The rooms were clean and the host was friendly. He even let us check in early which was really appreciated. We enjoyed our stay here.

The only minimarket in the area is about 15 min drive from the village. It's not so bad compared to other villages in the area, but something that should be taken into consideration when preparing your trip.

The place is simple but lovely. We occupied two rooms which were very nice, cozy and clean. The shared space (kitchen and living room) was also lovely and well decorated, and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed in order to cook ourselves a nice breakfast. Above all, Lucas was a great and kind host and had lots of good tips for trips in the area that suited our needs.

Guesthouse Lucas, while not fancy, is more than just plain. It is a comfortable place with access to a kitchen and common area shared with another room. The real value comes from Lucas, though, who planned out a perfect itinerary for the time we had. Our experience would not have been as good and productive without his knowledge and help.

Everything was great!

Lovely room which was really comfortable and had everything we needed, very warm shower. Pellet heater in the room which kept it warm. Shared kitchen and living space was great for making our own meals, it had everything you needed. Lucas was really helpful with local tips and hiking advice and really helped us to make the most of our few days in the area. Would definitely stay here when coming back to zagori!

Nothing to dislike about the guesthouse. Don't forget to bring all your essentials as grocery stores are quite faraway.

Lucas's guesthouse was a home away from home. In addition to the beautiful rooms it had a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living area a with a fire place and an excellent selection of Greek music. Lucas is very knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful with tips for hiking and places to visit. I ended up staying longer than initially planned.
