I stayed 5 nights in this apartment. It was equal to any hotel I stayed in. The location is great for exploring the central pedestrian area which is on the block scale A bunch of cafes and restaurants just a few meters away. The decor is stunning. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen, fridge and stove. Also a washing machine. All the fittings and appliances are QUALITY and the cleanliness was exceptional. Nothing it was perfect.

The apartment was beautiful and much bigger than we were expecting. It was spotlessly clean and had all the equipment needed for our stay. The position is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We had a small issue with the bathroom but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thanks x

Sound insulation sould improve. The elevator was not starting and stopping many times.

- extremelly difficult to find a parking place - very early check out - even though there is a washing mashine, but it is impossible to use it, because after washing your clothes will be in the worse condition than before with a smell of mold

The apartment door is difficult to open. Maybe we are not use to the key or the lock have a bit of problem.

The service apartment is very big and is located in the centre of the town.

One thing that wasn't nice is the noise from the people on the street and the bars. You could hear them very loud from the house inside. If you could improve is the house would be top.

The location was perfect dowtown with amazing view and the house inside was so comfy and warm, very nice decorated. We would absolutely visit the same property when travelling again in Patras.

Perfect location near central square, Riga Feraiou pedestrian street and entertainment district. Apartment is beautiful and spacious with excellent views. We enjoyed the 70's retro features and their integration into a modern, stylish decor. Very helpful host afforded us a sense of home-away-from -home.

Old, partially renovated apartment. No soundproof doors, noise from the busy pedestrian road comes right in. The air condition in the main bedroom is noisy and of low performance. The bathroom in the main bedroom is cold as it has a really big glass old window through which the cold comes in. The double bed has planks underneath holding the matresss which where obviously short and dislocated. As soon as I placed our 10 kg baby on the mattress 7 planks fall to the floor and so did the mattress and the baby. You can imagine the noise it made at 22:00... Since then we had difficulty relaxing as I had to keep in mind that it could happen again in the middle of the night, waking up the whole building. The main bathroom is not renovated and the plumbing is really old. Shower is difficult to use, specially if you are not strong handed. We could use some extra pillows and blankets. No cases for blankets /duvets which would be nice as we didn't know if the blankets get washed after each guest or not. The towels are worn off and very hard.

Very loud music all night long from the night clubs on a Thursday. We couldn't sleep at all and were extremely tired. The apartment is not at all insulated and you hear everything.

Given that the apartment is in the center of the city, it is very noisy - I do not recommand it for people who prefer a quiet place The small bathroom from one of the bedroom has a wall from transparent glass, so it is recommended only for a couple. Also, in the same bathroom, the sink faucet is too big and splashes

The fact that the apartment is in the center of the city. It has a balcony where you can stay and it feels like you are on a rooftop and can see the crowded and lively streets of the city. Also, the apartment is very nicely decorated, being a successful combination between old, modern furniture and various accessories with a musical theme. It was good value for the money and in general, the prices in Patras are significantly lower than in tourist areas from Greece
