The sink in the bathroom was too big so the bathroom door couldn't open well. The mattress was uncomfortable.

Please note, these comments are not bad experience, just a suggestions as improvement to the future: - Outside, there is no doorknob on the door, just a button. The neighbors who waking up early or moving in are quite noisy at continuously knocking or/and slams their door while you are want to sleep. But you can introduce the feeling to them, when you are moving out earlier. - The TV not read/recognize your usb-HD, Variation of TV channels are poor. But understood, these period not for movie watching, there will be enough time to do it in September at home. Impossible to get parking place on the closest street. You need luck if you want to get in the next 2-3 street, but there are possible places on the border of the "town". Approx 3-6 min far from the apartment. Not critical.

- Good location, just a couple of minutes to get the beach - Quite a big room and balcony - Air-condition - Well equipped kitchen area, ( but no microwave, what is more important than the hot plate).

Overall it all comes down to expectations of people. For example, the bathroom is of the typical shower-with-no-barrier kind which, also, is not really inconveniencing as the floor dries up rather fast thanks to the drainage, but while someone would complain about water splashing everywhere, I was happy that i could clear out the stray grains of sand that we were bringing in.

The relative proximity to the beach, the rooftop area, the cleanliness and the politeness of staff. The mattresses are on the firmer side, but not inconveniently so. The kitchenette was properly equipped, so you do not really need to bring any utensils.

We have only 2 notes - The lack of mosquito screen and the really small bathroom with the toilet covering falling all the time loudly, as the size of it is not suitable obviously.

The room is comfortable and clean, the host was friendly and helpful. We're happy with our stay and definitely recommend. Our apartament was on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator which is really convenient.

There is no such thing.

I liked everything. If you want to run away from the crowd and the noise - this is the right place for you. The apartment is perfect, modern, clean, really close the beach and right beside the center. Extremely friendly staff, always craving to help you. Shout out to the owner Mr. Ioannis who was widely kind all the time and gave us drinks on our way out when we left to me and my friend. And we'll definitely come back!!! Thank you so much!

The host and the employed personnel are very kind, smiling, understanding, receptive at our askings. The room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. The restaurant from the ground floor has good food and music at a volume that does not affect guests.

The beds are comfortable, but a bit too firm for us. There were no facilities for hanging the wet clothes (towels or the swimming suits) to dry. It would have been nice and useful to have a hairdryer.

The room is elegant and cozy. The balcony is large enough and the garden on the roof is wonderful. The location is also beautiful. The hotel is close enough to the beach and the center of the resort, but also far enough not to be bothered by the noise of the animated area. I think the idea of the whole design of the room and the equipment in it is "to be useful". The room was cleaned daily and the cleaning lady was always nice and solicitous.

Bed felt like sleeping on the groud,suuuper hard. Definitely not my cup of tea, tough some might like it. The Jacuzzi was closed and dirty.

The room was very small for a family with 1 child. The desk was so small it couldn't fit our laptop. The room and the whole hotel has disconnected cables and plumbing all over, the shower doesn't have any curtains. All these were very disappointing aspects, but the most frustrating was that we booked this property because it was supposed to have parking. When we checked in, we found a parking spot in the street, but after that, when we wanted to park again, with no room in the street, we wasted a lot of time finding something available. There was no-one at the reception over the weekend, and no one responded on booking.com to this date. The host told us there's a parking place available around the corner, but it was protected by lock and chain. I take that as my fault for not checking upfront.

The room was clean and we had fresh linens and towels.

There is something fishy about the rating. Never seen such a huge difference between the high rating and the poor accomodation. Nothing could be smaller: nither the room, the citchen corner, nor the balcony. Although we had anounced the time of arrival at 10 pm , there was nobody to chech us in, and nobody would answer our calls. Happly somebody from the restaurant helped us. The next day, because the hotel had no POS we couldn’t pay by card. We have been asked to give all information of the card with the cleaning lady!! Why not leaving the card altogether? We had to wait more than 30min for the owner to come. In the mean time the cleaning lady wouldn’t loose us from site for one second; she followed us in the street, to the car, on the terrace where we sit to eait in the shadow. We felt we where treated like thieves!
